I have just placed an order for two more of the Leika beds which are probably the best quality cat beds of the type that I've come across. The sides and base are zipped so that the filling can be removed before the outer cover is washed. Hence, no more lumpy filling! The plush part of the cover also comes up like new after washing with just the minimum 'combing' necessary to smooth out the pile. More to the point, the cats love these beds. A very good buy.
