I like the design of this cat tree, not too tall, split level and with a nice cubby. I bought it for a corner in my room next to the curtain, but after a day has snagged the curtain quite badly and doesn’t fit neatly into the corner. I didn’t realise there would be rough edges on all the cut wood. I now need to sand it down for the sake of my curtains, but more importantly, to prevent splinters in my cats.

I recently purchased this scratching tree, drawn in by its charming design. I was so pleased with the first product I decided to buy a second one. However, I was disappointed to find that the quality of the materials did not meet my expectations. The wooden parts are poorly cut and riddled with splinters, making them a safety hazard for our kittens. I had to spend extra time sanding down all the wooden edges on both products to prevent any accidents.

Such a shame... I used to be convinced by this brand. I've had the wall-mounted scratching tree for years. But unfortunately, two posts can no longer be separated after assembly due to the threaded screw. As a result, I now have to reorder the posts and screws. Additionally, there’s no assembly instructions included, which makes putting it together more difficult. The quality of the material, however, is top-notch as always.
