The process, ordering procedure, contact, and delivery were very good. The cat tree also has good quality and workmanship. However, I’m deducting one point because I too would describe the padding on the platform and inside the cave as very thin. The cosy bed at the top is fine. The misleading third hole has already been mentioned in reviews before. It can really cause confusion, so just ignore it, and assembly becomes a breeze.

Lovely cat tree, sturdy and well-suited for older cats or those that aren't too keen on jumping. However, I have to deduct a point because the little nest at the top has a lying surface that's too thin. Cats that prefer a softer spot will need additional padding.

I bought the scratching post for my Persian cat, who had liver and kidney issues. He loved it! After his passing, we got two Birman kittens, and they tore it apart within a week. The sisal broke straight away. So, I’d really recommend it for senior or sick cats.
