Something different
Nice idea. My kitties love it. But when Thorsten jumps against it with force, the post tends to topple over. Otherwise, it's well-made. The palm leaves are wire-reinforced, making them bendable.

Very sturdy!
My two wild EKH-Coonies (6 months old/3kg) immediately took to the scratching post with great enthusiasm.
Despite its small base, it’s surprisingly stable and has so far withstood every jump without tipping over! Both the post and the base are scratched and played on daily.
The leaves can be bent with the help of a wire, but they’re only made of felt fabric and have already been heavily shredded by our tomcat. (1 star deducted)
The price-performance ratio is good!

Immediately accepted.
Unfortunately, one of the Cocos came off right on the first day. Such a shame.

Finally, a long trunk to stretch out on. Early in the morning after getting up, all seven of them go for it :-) Unfortunately, the big trees only have small trunks. In the meantime, they climb on it with a running start, and everyone tests how long they can balance on the tip... but it needed a different "foot". With the one it came with, the trunk kept falling over; it should have a larger base, like the one from Natural Home I... now it's sturdy, and the sisal is nicely robust too.

Wow - better than expected!
I NEVER would have thought that my two easily bored indoor cats could be so thrilled with this scratching palm. After reading all the great reviews, I wanted to give it a try myself, but I thought it would probably be a bad purchase... and then the big surprise: my cats are DELIGHTED! Right from the start, as soon as it was set up, they started using it, and even today, it’s still scratched daily. Cool! However, a small downside: my lady cat has knocked it over a few times. If the base were larger so that the cat could stand on it while scratching, the palm might not topple over. You should definitely place it somewhere where nothing can get damaged...

Great.....but..
My cats quite like it, but I find the top part a bit loosely wrapped, so I don’t think it will last very long because of that.
But for the price, it’s good, sturdy, and fun to look at.
It’s definitely an eye-catcher—I wish there were more quirky scratching posts at affordable prices.

Palm scratching post
The scratching post arrived quickly and was exactly as described! Our tomcat uses it more often than the cat, but otherwise it has been accepted and is sturdy enough to hold a fully grown cat while they climb and play on it.

Great idea ;-)
I think the idea of disguising a scratching post as a palm tree is simply brilliant.
The sisal is well-made, but the entire scratching post tips over if the cat gets too boisterous. This is probably due to the rounded corners of the base plate (I have another "normal" scratching post that doesn’t tip over).
However, my cats quickly learned not to be quite so rambunctious.
I would buy it again!
