None of my cats used not even once
Have had for a year and none of my cats have ever used it, will only use the cardboard type scratchers .. waste of money for me however it seems sturdy and well made and would be great if they used it as it wouldn't be messy like the cardboard type

Poor quality
This is far inferior to the other scratch pads I have for my cats. The base slides in the floor and it looks cheap. Very disappointed but at least it was not expensive!

POOR QUALITY
My cat loves these boards but I agree the quality is poor. I too have had broken corners and with my last board the top half of the sisal had not been attached securely. These are a grreat idea but the quality and packaging need to improve.

badly stapled together
I got this for free when it was on offer with my points. My cats like it and use it, but I had to properly attach the scratching bit to the board because it was already coming apart when I got it and I could see the staples. As a free gift, it's great (hence still 3 stars) but I'd have been annoyed if I paid for it. Poorly made.

Very fragile - broken twice on delivery
The sisal material is nice and the board are easily mounted to the wall surface.
Unfortunately on two occaisions the boards arrived damaged as a result of poor packaging by Zooplus. No corner protection, no paper packagine and overly large boxed used. Not first time I've had items damaged by poor packaging. Zooplus sort it!
The board material is very thin and easily broken. I might have to reinforce with some thin board of my own behind it.

Actually this may have been my own fault
Not a great success with this afraid. However, it may have been entirely my own fault. Before I decided where to nail it, I propped it against the side of the sofa that my cat had taken to clawing at. However, of course, the first thing she did was have a tentative paw at it and it fell on her. She wasn't hurt but now, of course, won't go anywhere near it, despite me liberally dosing it in catnip.
