Not very durable
Got one of these for my kittens and the baskets started coming apart almost immediately. I had to re-weave them with rope. A year later, the lower leaf fell off. Not impressed.

Problem attaching top section.
Same problem as other recent reviewers, can't attach the top. Must be a design fault. Have put together entire kitchens & so far defeated by this. Now have 3 cats all arguing over 1 bed.
Am not giving up but looks like will have to rethread the top. Can anyone tell me how they got it together?

Difficult assembly
Without a doubt one of the most time consuming and frustrating things I’ve ever had to assemble. All straightforward and easy APART from the midsection, on which the thread wouldn’t engage until many many tries later. The screw thread still had burrs on and just seems like poor manufacturing quality in general.
However, once fully assembled it is a very aesthetically pleasing cat tree and my little kitty loves it, so it was all worth it. Seems pretty stable too but this is day one….

Could be better
I would give this a 5* plus rating as it was a huge hit with all my ragdolls. The only and BIG issue is the quality of the welding of the threaded plate attached to the upper section. The tree became wobbly and wouldn’t tighten. After investigating I discovered the plate had only been badly snorted together instead of a good strong weld. I would like to think this was just someone having a bad skills day rather than the general build quality as I would buy another.

Not long lasting
I have had this since july 2020, I had 2 ragdoll kittens, they loved it…in May this year I got another 2 ragdoll kittens. This week the main stem has become unsafe, it is really wobbly and it cannot be tightened, just keeps spinning round , we have been unable to remove it from the lower stem so now have a cat tree we cannot use. I have contacted Zooplus yesterday requesting spare part, hopefully they can help. Reluctant to buy another of this style which is a shame.

The best looking cat tree ever
My cats really liked this tree, however my two 13 year old little men needed a mini stairs (bought separately) in order to get up into it. As lovely as it looks, it snapped just above the base after about 12 months use. Not impressed. A modicum of reinforcement at the base would have extended its lifespan.

Mixed opinions
My cats absolutely loved this tree but after having only for 12 months the baskets have completely fell apart causing it to become very dangerous. Replacement baskets would be wonderful if they sold them .

Nice but after 3 years disintegrated
WE bought ours in late 2017 and it has now almost disintegrated which is disappointing at such a price point. The cats have eaten the sisal basket and clawed the banana leaf off. The tree needs tightening up constantly as it wobbles when our 5.5kg bengal jumps up it. It is nice and tall and looked good to begin with but is now very scruffy. The bottom platform is now totally usesless as it has disintigrated. Not very hard wearing. Might have to buy another one as no others are so pretty however.

Structurally decent but the basket arnt suitable for a kitten
The size is great, very sturdy but unfortunately my teething kitten is eating the baskets, I'm going to have to replace the baskets with platforms

Looks great but VERY difficult to put together :(
The product arrived 3 days from purchasing via Yodel - no issues with delivery, impressed with prompt service. The cat tree itself looks great, very happy. My only grievance is this is VERY difficult to assemble and make sturdy.. attaching the bottom pole to the base was easy enough I did this alone and affixing the baskets to the branches was also very easy and straight forward, the difficult bit was attaching the second pole to the first one! Could not tighten enough to make sturdy :(

Aesthetically pleasing but cat baskets are poor quality
Have to say my cats LOVE this tree, it’s sturdy and not difficult to assemble even though other reviews say otherwise. The quality of the cat baskets are the problem..I will upload a picture if I can .. that being said I am just about to order another one as my cats love this tree..

Great cat tree but
I have had this a year now and my cats love this tree. Didn’t find it hard to put together either. Have found that if the 2 lower beds are in use then none of the other cats can get to the top bed. Also after a year the bottom pad has completely disintegrated so now my cats don’t use it so much. Don’t expect this to happen on such an expensive cat tree!

Great climbing but baskets falling appart
Looks better than traditional cat trees
Our 4 cats love it but 2 have difficulty getting down from the top.
If the other beds are occupied it ends up in a bit of a squabble as thay have to jump to a lower bed to descend.
The main downside is that we have only had it 4 months and the beds are falling apart as one cat loves to chew them. This doesn't make it unsafe but it is very messy. Our boy cat likes to race up the tree. The tree it's self is sturdy but the basket needs retightening often

it's pretty but not practical. NOT value for money
The tree is indeed pretty and very uniquely designed. It looks fantastic! BUT: it is very uncomfortable for our cat to climb it and she lost her footing several times. We can see that she likes to sleep in the baskets, but is trying to find a way around having to go up there. We still have her old tree tucked away (which was also much cheaper), and she keeps seeking it out. We decided to keep this one because we had thrown the packaging away immediately, but wouldn't purchase it again. Sorry!

Good but...
My cat adores this, only 1 of the cats which is who it was for anyway. The basket are a problem, they now fold out when he jumps on them, need 3 new ones after 5 months! Also if your cat likes to chew the baskets wont last.
