This cat tree is visually appealing and sturdy, with a heavy base that ensures stability. Cats generally enjoy using it, but assembly can be tricky due to unclear instructions, and the top part may wobble. Some users have faced issues with the baskets falling apart and the upper section snapping. Despite these drawbacks, many find it worth the investment for its aesthetic and functionality, especially with proper assembly and reinforcement.

broken
My cats and I love the cat tree. It's comfortable and pretty.
A pity that there is a major flaw with the construction. The upper part is anchored on an 1inch screw, which now has failed for the second time on a tree. It's far too short to hold the height and weight of the upper tree. It was very difficult to even get it to hold the tree together initially. The baskets don't last long either and the company doesn't offer replacements. Unfortunately I won't order a 3rd tree.

Stylish but no longevity
I’ve had this tree for 1 year. Initially I was very pleased due to the style , it wasn’t easy to assemble but was sturdy and my two British shorthairs loved it instantly. After a few weeks the basket weave started to come apart (Especially the base level). I sent an enquiry asking for a replacement basket/ covers however wasn’t possible. After a year the tree is completely falling apart. My cats still love it but not suitable for medium/large cats and too pricy to replace annually.

Not sturdy at all
I really loved the look and feel of it, but... I got two 3 months old Burmese kittens in June (that's when I bought this tree) and now, after only five months it's destroyed. It's so wobbly it isn't safe anymore (and they were not heavy cats!) plus they chew on the baskets (I covered after I saw what they were doing) so I later on covered them with "doughnuts" as I didn't want them to ingest the dry leaves. If you have curious and lively cats, stay away.

Beautiful, but top section won’t attach.
I won this in a competition and couldn’t wait to build it for my cat. I’ve only managed the bottom with one basket as the top simply won’t attach. It’s as if the screw threads are not aligned. Very disappointed as my cat went straight in the bottom basket and I’m sure she would love it if she could get to a higher spot to snooze.

Looks lovely but.....
It really looks lovely. Just don't let your cats on it. At assembly the bottom and top bit didn't fit tightly. The bolt to connect both was loose and no way to tighten it. There's only the smallest bit of wire left to screw the top on which quickly loses its thread and I dread my cats jumping to the top basket.
Such a shame!

Love the look of this
My cats loved this even though it never felt very stable and did eventually snap in the middle. Leaving only one lower basket The basket work is cheap and wore away quickly the bottom one having gone through within the first two months. We got less than a year out of it but as they enjoyed it I would consider another even knowing it has a short life. Replacements should be available including the central frame

Disappointed
My cats loved this tree, However the metal baskets have become dangerous as they have snapped leaving gaps where my cats could catch their legs, also when the cats jump up to the top basket the whole thing wobbles, I’m actually waiting on it totally collapsing to the floor, and it can’t be tightened up any more. The rope is also too easily destroyed mine is hanging in shreds. Not a year old. Feel I wasted money as it is expensive

Looks good but just not sturdy enough
This cat tree looks great and my cats love it - sadly I've had it less than a year and it has today snapped in two... smashing a vase and now have two distraught cats looking v confused at losing their fave cat tree. Would get another one because my cats love it - but reluctant given what just happened.

Part missing
Overall an excellent tree but I have a part missing. How do I get the part sent to me?

Faulty welding in main stem.
Avoid - I bought one of these beautiful cat trees May 21st 2020. After 6 months use the main trunk which is bolted together via a welded joint snappped clean off. Zoo Plus kindly refunded me with another tree, and annoyingly 6 months later has again done exactly the same. Ity s shame, as it fits well with home decor.

Quality is not consistent
Bought my first of these three years ago .. easy to put up and the cats loved it although the baskets are not great quality but it looks great .. ordered another one earlier this year.. faulty as it wobbled when I tried to start building it .. was swapped out and second one was the same ..build quality needs to be improved otherwise the design and height is great for the furries and the hooman..

Baskets are subpar.
Though the tree itself is very sturdy, the baskets are not. All three destroyed by one cat sleeping in them. He doesn't scratch them, he just jumps into the lowest one to sleep, which I've had to switch out for the others. Very annoying. Also, where he does scratch the post came unravelled. Had to wrap and tie myself for him to continue use. It lasted no more than a couple months. Spent far too much money on this poorly made cat tree.

Lovely looking but recurring problem
This is a beautiful looking cat tree. My first one of these, the bottom curved platform got thinner and thinner, wore away and was really thread bare until this section was unusable being totally split and frayed. It’s obviously from where the cats jump on it to get down. I rang Zoo Plus who kindly sent a replacement and unfortunately this has done the exact same so it has been a total waste of money as now they can’t get down at all.
Also extremely wobbly when they’re on top.
