Cats adore this playful house, enjoying both the scratching surface and cozy hideaway. However, assembling can be a hassle due to flimsy plastic connectors, leading to concerns about durability and safety. Some cats have managed to dismantle it quickly, raising worries about swallowing parts. Despite these issues, many find it a charming addition, with cats happily lounging and playing, making it a delightful spot for feline fun.

Poorly designed
Looks cute but the plastic fasteners take forever to put together then fall apart as soon as the house is touched. Very unsafe for the cats!

Disappointing little house
Not very strong
Lugs difficult to use to assemble & not the correct amount supplied
|
Poor quality
Don't waste your money. The plastic things do not clip together, they just keep popping off, even when applied using pliers to squeeze them on tight. Very poor quality & very dangerous as pet could swallow the plastic fixings. Product needs to be recalled ASAP.

NOT SUITABLE FOR KITTENS.
I found kittens chewing the plastic fasteners they had managed to pull out. After fastening them together again. The same happened again. It went in the BIN

Very cute but not practical
The house design was very cute but it broke within 24 hours. It’s held together by plastic plugs which when our cat jumped on the (flimsy) roof, came apart and went flying in different directions. Luckily we found all the parts before one of the cats did. Our cats weigh 3.9kg for reference

Unsafe!
Do not buy it is unsafe! The fasteners do not pop together like they are supposed to! You can buy Garfield ones like this that are safe at B&M stores.

Useless
Didn't even last 5 minutes. My tomcat climbed onto the roof once, and the thing collapsed. Neither of my cats can play with it at all. The screws don’t really hold either.
Better to spend €10 more and get something decent.
If I’m lucky, it’ll last another 3 days and then end up in the bin.

Badly made!
I bought this for my anxious cat so he could hide when feeling scared. Putting it together is easy but the actual plastic pieces that keep it together are dreadful and don’t stay together. It had fell apart numerous times.

Rubbish
The screws that come with this do not fit together.. totally waste of time and money!

Unfortunately not durable
The house is pretty, but unfortunately not really durable.
We have a small, 9-month-old, very curious cat. The house wasn’t even up for an hour before it collapsed in on itself.

Destroyed after 5 minutes
Completely unsuitable for active, curious cats. It was well received at first, with the base immediately being used as a scratching mat. After 5 minutes, curiosity won out, and they started thoroughly inspecting the house and climbing onto the roof, which collapsed straight away. Our cats are 6 months old and not fully grown, so they’re more on the lightweight side. Even this light weight was too much for the roof to handle. Unfortunately, a waste of money :(

Waste of money
Tired to build this and the screws were impossible to put together what a waste of money

Broken in a hour
Literally got this delivered a hour ago. It's broken already. I know its only cardboard but why stock something that's done within a hour?

XL Cat House
Cat house not recommended. Set it up today and it broke after 5 minutes. The cat jumped onto the roof and the house collapsed.
Fit for the bin. Such a shame, I'm very disappointed.
