My two Maine Coons used to love this but, as others have said, the kibble is much smaller in the 'new version' and now they tend to swallow it whole which I do not want them to do, they need to chew so am searching for another product with larger kibble. Sorry Wild Freedom but why mess with a product that works!

My cat used to love this kibble, unfortunately the recipe has changed and now she won't touch it! The ingredients list on the site still the old one :(

My cats went crazy when I opened the packet and tried their absolute best to eat the VERY big biscuits, but it was just too difficult for them and I was left wondering if I had done them any damage by giving this to them the way they tried to chomp through these, HOWEVER I decided to get the option Wild Freedom sterilised version, and these are normal size, which I'm so happy with, as are my cats. I give them these in between their normal biscuits as they are pricier, but they absolutely love them

My cats loved this food but the recipe has recently changed. I noticed the kibble was much smaller and unfortunately, my fussy cat won't touch it now. Our less fussy cat will eat some of it but leaves most behind. Very disappointing.

I bought a 400g bag in a previous order and my pet ate it really well, but with the next order, they just sniff it and walk away—they don’t want to eat it. This is already the second Zooplus brand that’s been ruined after they changed the recipe (the first was Purizon). So I doubt I’ll try any of their other own brands. It’s a shame because my pet used to love it.

Up until now, the Wild Country Sterilised Poultry was always very fine, meaning small kibbles. My cat could eat them really well. I had searched for a long time... Now, since the new packaging came out, the kibbles in this dry food have also become much bigger – before, that only happened with the regular Wild Country Poultry. Far too big for my old lady. Looks like I’ll have to look for another food now. Really a pity...

My cats used to like the big pellets from their previous food, and it was one of the few brands they actually ate. Now, they're not really into it anymore. They didn't eat other brands with small kibble either, which is why I bought Freedom with the big ones. At the moment, I'm looking for new kibble.

Always bought it because of the high percentage of fresh meat, but now with the new recipe there’s 25% less fresh meat. The kibble is also smaller, so the cats aren’t encouraged to chew anymore. And even worse: my cats like it a lot less, even though they always loved the previous version. Really a shame.

I had exactly this variety before as a sample, but in different packaging. My cat really liked it. I'm sure they've changed the recipe again, now that customers have been ordering it a lot (including the other varieties). I won't be ordering it again.

Very disappointing, I don't think you can save money this way—quite the opposite. Some varieties of Wild Freedom my cats won't eat anymore, and the ones they still do are of lower quality. Not very customer-friendly, neither for people nor for pets.

I can only agree with the many negative comments here. Why does a good and widely accepted pet food have to be changed? And why swap a great package with a brilliant resealable zip for a boring, standard one? I just don’t get it.
