New Recipe not new just less fresh meat for the same prices thinking of switching to Cosmo
Why dont these corporations just say sorry customers what we call a new recipe is our way of charging the same for the same cost to you and reducing the quality of the product in the process. substantial reduction in percentage of the actual meat content . Compare composition of all the new recipes of the dry food all have reduced meat content , replaced with other ingredient and sold at the same weight at the same price. Beware the 'New Recipe' tag

Please change to bigger biscuits
My Bengal is the fussiest cat ever. He used to only swear by Wild Freedom and now won't touch ANY flavour.
He prefers the bigger biscuits like the JWB dental kibbles which is a shame as WF have the better composition.

Recipe change for the worst
Why change what cats and customers LOVED to something they HATE. If it is cost..charge more if you have to. My cats were hooked and have not accepted any other cat dry food since..and will not eat ANY wild freedom now. I would rather pay more for the orginal recipe

loves New recipe
My all 15cats loves new recipe,kitten adults they loved new receipe,
it used to be very big kibble for kittens so they couldn't eat it,
also my big cats doesn't like it much the old receipe, they were eating old receipe but not really enjoying
But now all of them enjoy it very much
Thanks making it smaller for kitten size... It's hard to get proper nice kitten dry food with fresh meat

Very disappointing new recipe!
My cats loved this food, one now won't touch it & the other three are not keen. I am very disappointed. The biscuits are now very small, I have Maine Coons who prefer larger biscuits as these were. The biscuits now just crumble to nothing so I now have a lot of waste. The bags no longer seal! Why design a new bag that no longer seal's. Zooplus told me to decant the biscuits into a container. If I do this I no longer have the batch number, in the event of a recall! Old recipe & bag back please!

Hates new recipes
My two cats used to adore this kibble & wolf it down. Now they won't touch it as the recipe has changed for the worse, plus the biscuits are now small and not chewable, just swallowed whole! Why mess with it. Looking elsewhere now for another suitable brand they'll eat!

Smaller kibble
My two Maine Coons used to love this but, as others have said, the kibble is much smaller in the 'new version' and now they tend to swallow it whole which I do not want them to do, they need to chew so am searching for another product with larger kibble. Sorry Wild Freedom but why mess with a product that works!

Not the same
Waited so long for this to come back in stock, my cat was at risk of starving to death! The biscuits are smaller in the new version, and i dont know if its that or if the taste has changed but my apparantly its not the same:) This used to be my cats favourite wild freedom but now he is just not so keen.

Disappointing new recipe
Since coming back into stock after a lengthy time, my cats will no longer eat this food.
They all used to love it and didn’t like any other.
Now the recipe has changed.
Less chicken, smaller kibble, much lighter in colour and less dense.
No longer the rich meaty aroma and I presume taste.
Never understand why good recipes are changed for the worse.
I can only assume down to cost.

Whilst the biscuits are larger than normal, even my older fur babies with dental issues love them!

My cats love these biscuits. I am very impressed. They are big but both my cats can manage them. I also give them a little wet food to get liquids into them so when there are small bits left over in the dish I just pop them on top of the wet food and they eat that too. My cats were pretty fussy before I discovered these. They are a little pricey but there is no waste and my cats seem to be thriving so I am happy.

Large biscuits
This food has generally gone down well with my cats but the individual biscuits are quite large and my small female struggles slightly to eat them.

I have two fussy cats and they both love these.
If too big for your cat buy the sterilised version, these are normal sized
My cats went crazy when I opened the packet and tried their absolute best to eat the VERY big biscuits, but it was just too difficult for them and I was left wondering if I had done them any damage by giving this to them the way they tried to chomp through these, HOWEVER I decided to get the option Wild Freedom sterilised version, and these are normal size, which I'm so happy with, as are my cats. I give them these in between their normal biscuits as they are pricier, but they absolutely love them

Constant changes leading to lower quality
I've been ordering this food for years. Now, for the third time in a year, they've changed the recipe again—this time the pieces are even smaller than before and it has a weird smell when you open it. Loads of varieties have also been discontinued. My cat hardly eats it anymore. It's honestly disgusting when they try to save money with this rubbish instead of actually listening to their customers. And this is the Zooplus own brand, so it's not a separate product where reviews wouldn't matter here.

Very disappointed with this brand. The new packaging hides a new recipe with 10% less meat compared to the old one, without making it clear. They give the impression of keeping the same quality, but the ingredients have actually been downgraded.
As for the wet food, it’s even more baffling: the 'sterilised' and 'non-sterilised' varieties have exactly the same analytical composition, but are sold at different prices.

Perfect ingredients and total excitement from the cats!
The high meat content, grain-free recipe, and absence of artificial additives make for a truly species-appropriate diet. Too large kibble

Really good for big cats
My Maine Coon loves it. There are some nice big kibbles that make the cats work with the food in their mouths instead of just swallowing it. We switch between different flavours, which keeps things exciting for the cats.

The recipe was changed again, and it's worse than before
I managed to order my first big trial bag and the cats liked it, plus it had 41% fresh meat and the rest was just filler. Now it’s only 30% decent stuff and the rest is rubbish. Shame they had to ruin this food too, they should’ve launched a new product instead. First Applaws went downhill, and now this one.
When you look at the attitude of pet food manufacturers and their sneaky tricks, this is probably just the tip of the iceberg. Cats are 100% carnivores and many here would like a similar dry food for their cats.

The best
These are the only kibbles my tomcat will eat. Ever since he was little, I couldn't convince him with any kind of dry food—I tried everything, but he would only eat canned food or pouches.
