2 out of 3 would reccommend!
I've always fed my 3 cats on fish based foods - They've had wet food (ending in wet & smelly you know whats!) and all sorts of dry foods - but they ended up getting very dry, flaky skin and poor coats.
I tried James Wellbeloved on recommendation for sensitive skins and the cats alway loved it (I have one picky eater inparticular). Anyway, over the last year, 2 of my cats (who are sisters) have developed skin problems - 1 worse than the other. It now turns out that the skin problem is protein related and its because of the fish based food they've been having!
At the moment, we've been advised to try a different flavour/protein (ie, JW Duck) and so far her skin has cleared up. So, I'm not sure if my cat developed an allergy/intolerance, like humans do, from having too much of one thing, in this case, fish based food! My advice would be to perhaps change your proteins now and again...I have no problem with James Wellbeloved food itself - and my cats always find it tasty!
