My cat loves it

Our dentist recommended it to us because we used to have to get tartar removed regularly. Since we've been feeding this food 1-2 times a week, the tartar has significantly reduced.

50% dental dry food and 50% Almo Nature wet food, and the cat world is in harmony. The Siamese has no tartar and still eats it, the Burmese enjoys it, and the tartar has significantly reduced, meaning it doesn’t need to be removed at the vet for a hefty price. The effect is clearly noticeable after just 3-6 months.

Binx (my cat) absolutely loves these biscuits. He picks them out when mixed with whiskers every day. Seems to keep gingivitis at bay !

...love it ❤️ We give it to both of them exclusively for dental care (a good handful daily) and not as a complete feed. For this purpose, it’s perfect. Especially due to the size, it provides excellent abrasion on the teeth. No more plaque, no bad breath, and the vet is super happy with their gnashers 😜. To fill them up, they get a different dry food.

Wonderful wonder food :-) No more plaque on the teeth, no more bad breath. Saved the planned dental treatment and the cat is finally eating a bit better because he loves it so much. Digestion is great too – no hairball vomit. What more could you want – oh yes, bigger bags would be great!

I got these to help my cat with her teeth and she loves them. There not to small, not like some other ones ive purchased in the past so she actually has two crunch the biscuit and not just swallow it.

Unfortunately, my cat (Maine Coon mix), 7 years old, tends to develop tartar more frequently, which also leads to gum inflammation as a result. It was important to me that he gets food that doesn’t just mask bad breath but tackles the root cause – namely, bacterial growth. The kidneys should also be supported – a holistic approach, essentially. Ordered here after consulting with the vet. After three months of feeding, I’m absolutely thrilled! The tartar build-up has significantly reduced, and my cat is in top shape!

I wouldn’t use this food as a complete diet due to some of its analysis values; instead, we provide other high-quality dry and wet food as the main meals. We give this dental food to our tomcat in the morning and afternoon as a treat, 10 pieces each time, and it’s actually enough to keep his teeth and gums healthy. Previously, he had slight plaque and an inflamed gum line, but now all the problems have been permanently resolved for months ⚠️👍

My cat loves this food and it I do believe it has helped reduce the bad breath and inflammation he had from gingivitis (really sensitive to tartar). They are big pieces but my greedy cat has managed to get to a stage where he can actually swallow some whole. However he does crunch this more than any other dry food I have so I am keeping it. My other cat takes so long to eat one piece of this (she really likes it too) - no idea how the greedy kitty swallows this whole!

My cats loves it! Actually that's their favourite dry food. I've tried others too, but keep coming back to this one. I just wish Zooplus would have bigger bags.

The vet recommended this because my cat's teeth were going bad, and he wouldn't let me brush them. Luckily he loves it and he now gobbles it up every day.

I was recommended this particular dry food for preventing tartar build-up and bad breath in my cat by the vet, and I've been feeding it to her for about 6 years now. Since then, my cat hasn't had any tartar or bad breath. There's never been a need for tartar removal. My cat also tolerates the ingredients very well, with no side effects. I'm really glad I discovered this product on zooplus and don't have to search around anymore, and I'll be buying it directly from here in the future.

I give this as a treat for my senior kitties. They love the taste & look forward daily to a few pieces of kibble. They crunch away & I know it's helping to clean their teeth & in moderation is good for them.

Both my cats love this food and have recently had their annual check up and no teeth or gum problems! Woohooo!

"Royal Canin Dental DSO 29" was already recommended to us by our vet. Since then, we've been feeding it as a supplement and always buy it in 3kg packs. You can really hear the crunch when our little troublemakers get stuck into it. It would be great if zooplus could offer the larger packs at a good price too.
