Royal Canin Hair & Skin Care

We have been feeding Hair & Skin Care to our ragdoll for nearly ten years now. I check her over frequently for mats and have never found one. She keeps her fur in fine order herself — we barely need to groom her. Our other cat, a shorthair, also eats these biscuits sometimes and his fur is in great condition too. If your cat will eat these biscuits, it’s a lifesaver!

My cat had skin and fur problems. He was treated with ointments and antibiotics, but nothing helped. I bought this food to try, and my cat loves it. It helped a lot. After 4 months, there were no skin problems. I've been buying it for 3 years and I wouldn't change it. I highly recommend it.

My cat adores this food. So much so, that i have to weigh out his meals as I think he would eat the whole bag if I let him. His fur also feels lovely and soft.

I've used this brand before but though I'd try other skin & fur dry cat food brands. I honestly can't recommend this one enough! My little ball of floof's fur kept getting matted and looked almost greasy before. Within a week of her going back onto this, her fur feels sooo silky soft and looks gorgeously glossy. Her tummy is a lot happier too.

I've Norwegian forest cat and he is now even more handsome, loosing less hair, so less brushing. I even noticed that he has less hairballs problems and put some weight on so it's a big big plus as he always struggled with it.

Great for skin and hair conditions, patchy, lost fur, etc. Works and starts to show a difference after a few feeds. Just need to keep to the minimum amount, or your cat will go from thin to ultra-fat in a couple of months. I feed it now, not every day, because of its fattening qualities. But it works.

I have 2 kittens 6 and 4 months old. They are medium to long hair ,and reading all these positive reviews I ordered a bag of this amazing dry food. Their fur is absolutely fine but just wanted to give them the extra care, so I mixed it with the royal canin kitten dry food . I must say, they really enjoy these crunchy nibbles. They always go to their food bowl and munch from them and that makes me really happy as my youngest kitten is not to interested in the dry food ,but she eats now .

We've struggled with food for our cat Mia since we adopted her 4 years ago. She's such a fussy eater and never seems to go for anything that's remotely good for her. She also has terrible fur compared to our other glossy cats. Its usually matted and greasy even though she's regularly brushed. We have a mid-long haired cat, so she always needs to do that extra bit of grooming! I noticed a while ago that her fur was getting a bit matted in places, so thought I'd try this... OMG what a difference it's made!! I found it took slightly longer than 3 weeks to really see the huge difference, but this was totally worth it. Her fur is now shiny and sooo soft! I would 100% recommend this to anyone who wants to give their cat that extra bit of skin & hair care!!

I have one cat with very sensitive digestive system. She cannot have many foods, but can this as it doesn't upset her. It provides variety in her limited diet.

One of my cats, a Cornish Rex, was going decidedly bald in places and the vet could not find any obvious reason such as dermatitis. I tried these biscuits and after a couple of months the improvement is clearly visible. She is never going to have thick fur because Rex cats have only the underneath down layer, but at least she is now comfortably covered for the winter months. Highly recommended.

my cat had flea allergy dermatitis and these biscuits have been a lifesaver for her as it is specific for skin and coat. it has eased her discomfort and her coat is glorious again!

I have four cats 2 DSH aged 10 and 2 NFC 9 months and they absolutely love these biscuits. They also have Royal Canin Norwegian Forest and Pure feline biscuits but the hair and skin dish is always empty first. All 4 look fit and healthy with a lovely silky smooth coat. I would highly recommend this to any cat lover.

I suspect my poor cat has a mild flea allergy as (even though we regularly use Frontline Combo) the minute a flea jumps on her she runs about like a complete loon scratching and licking all over. She'd had dandruff ever since her first flea 'infestation' (pre Frontline Combo!) and was always scratching and moulting loads. I thought I'd try this after reading the reviews and after just a couple of weeks (and while feeding her half this and half wet food, so not exclusively) she no longer has dandruff, is not moulting so much and isn't scratching all the time! Her coat has always been lovely and shiny, but is even glossier than ever! I really couldn't recommend this enough - I'm sure my cat would say the same!

My ginger Tom had a rough upbringing and a bad coat due to it. I have tried everything! He over groomed, itched and moulted all the time (really bad moulting). He's been on this only a week but the moulting is non existent! He's barely itching or grooming all the time and seems a lot happier. His fur is already looking glossier too. When I say I tried everything I do mean every food brand as well as omega tablets, fish etc. this is an amazing product for bad coats. His dandruff has cleared up already! One very relaxed and beautiful pussy cat here. :)

The kitty loves it and even though she's just a regular cat (kind of like a Siamese), she has really beautiful fur.

Simba loves his new kibble! I bought them after he started having rough, cottony fur. It was impossible to brush my British Longhair—he ended up with dreadlocks ;-) I stuck with 1/3 Hairball and 2/3 Skin & Hair, and now his coat is silky, shiny, and easy to detangle again. I highly recommend!

A treat for kittens

My Maine Coon had dandruff and was losing a lot of fur, even though I was feeding him Royal Canin Maine Coon kibble. So I tried Royal Canin Hair Skin & Care kibble, and after 3 weeks I noticed a big difference—no more dandruff, no more excessive licking, and his coat has become silky and beautiful. I’m really happy with this kibble.

Our kitty has to have RC granules.
