Hill's Prescription Diet Feline Economy Packs

Torn box, really poor packaging, definitely not great. The pâté tins were loose and falling out of the box – needs to be looked at!!!

For cats with dental problems, or missing molars/teeth, I don't recommend these—they're disproportionately large and the shape is unsuitable, kind of pyramid-like... and honestly, not great for cats in general! I don't know if you'll publish this, since you reserve the right to choose what gets posted or not, which is pretty subjective, but I think it's only fair that, given how expensive they are, people should be informed before buying! My tomcat can't manage to eat them.

Despite my efforts, it's impossible to get my cats to eat these kibbles. I bought one bag for diabetic cats and another for sterilised cats from Hill's, but even with five cats, none of them want it. Given the price of the bags, I hate to throw them away. It would be a good idea to offer smaller packs to try out first.

I can't see any difference in my cat's stool, and all three cats have lost weight and their fur has lost its shine, so I won't be buying this again.

My 14-year-old cat finds the kibble so hard that she just doesn’t chew them anymore and swallows them whole. I ended up giving them to a friend, and her cat also found them rock hard and did exactly the same thing. Really annoying, because they’re supposed to be chewed properly to help get rid of tartar.

Ordered on my vet’s advice because my cat is sedentary, but he has trouble digesting them, vomits or drools a lot... I’m going back to the old ones because I don’t think he’s lost any weight...

The food itself is perfect, nothing to complain about—I've been using it for years, 5 stars. But because of poor delivery by DPD, I had to wait two and a half weeks for my order. Not the first time, by the way. I hope things improve, otherwise I can get this food quicker and with less hassle and frustration from my local pet shop. In that case, zooplus will lose a loyal customer.

My cat won't eat it anymore. She's dependent on getting it, otherwise she gets ill. So it's a real problem if the flavour has changed, she used to be happy with it before.
