Our beautiful boy has developed kidney problems so we had to his change diet. He is very fussy and will not eat any prescription wet food but luckily he loves these biscuits and he has started putting on some weight.

Our Millie has only ever eaten the Science Diet but will only touch the chicken variety, so when the vet said she had to go on a kidney sensitive diet we were worried she'd literally turn her nose up at it. Thankfully she loves this and her blood tests results are improved because of it. Couldn't ask for more.

Our cat who is 20, started having 2 or 3 fits a day for several weeks last year. Having read about the possible cause of a fit being kidney trouble we gave our kitty both the dry and wet Hills KD cat food..After a couple of days the fits stopped and she hasn't had one for 8 months! We have recently tried the KD food with joint support and have found that she is moving easier and her coat is in great condition. I definitely recommend this food. Our cat has a new lease of life and is very content.

This is a fantastic food product for cats who have a urinary tract problem, my furry friend nearly died 12 years ago and has been on this diet since, he is now nearly 14 and it is owed to a good diet of hills prescription food, thank you, it is an expensive product from the vets and zooplus have always had the most competitive prices

One of my cats, a 14 year old, was recently diagnosed with kidney disease. Having had previous experience with another cat refusing to eat any type of renal food I was rather worried. Although she refused to eat any of the various wet foods she was fine with dry. She was skin and bones to start off with but after having initially Royal Canine's dry renal food, which she ate, she absolutely blossomed when introduced to Hill's. She really savours it and has regained her weight and her vitality.

My cat is overweight but I' ve struggled to find a diet dry food that she will eat. Not only does she like this but her skin has stopped flaking too. I am going to re-order.

After nearly losing my boy Nigel twice to nasty water infections, we put him on this diet along with the wet chicken version, and have never looked back! He absolutely loves them, so much so giving them a little shake is a sure way to get him out of any hiding place!

One of our three cats was greatly overweight and the vet was horrified. I thought it would be difficult to treat one differently but it has been surprisingly easy. I weigh her day's allowance into a container, she has some for breakfast and she can have more when the other two ask for their food and at bedtime. We pick up anything they don't eat so she can't eat the leftovers. All three absolutely love the diet food. After just four weeks we can see a little difference and she is a happier cat.

My 16 year old cat with kidney disease was struggling with poor appetite and losing weight, but he loves this dried food (not so keen on the pouches), he's still a bit thin but has definitely put on some weight and his fur is lovely and glossy. I haven't had to hand feed him since he started this food. Hopefully it'll help keep him going for a while yet!

Got prescribed by a vet to put both of cats on this food. Definitely works. Healthy coat too. Make sure to follow feeding guidelines and feed amount of what weight the cat needs to be not the weight the cat already is.

As well as ongoing issues with stress related bladder problems, our male cat Tigger use to constantly spray on the furniture at home. Since our vet advised us to put him on the urinary stress prescription diet - no more problems! So much so we now don't even give him any medication (he was on cystease capsules once a day) He's also a lot calmer so all good. :-)

One of my cats was put on this diet as he suffered from struvite crystals... yes he likes it, but the bonus is that all my other cats like it aswell, so no fights and well cats..

My 8 yrs old Birman had kidney problems. Even tho he was eating ok he was still getting smaller has been throwing up on a daily basis. He was all about the crap wet food wasn't so keen on dry before i put him on these kibbles. He absolutly loves them. He prefers them to wet food and will munch on them all day long..he's not only put all the weight back on in just few days being on Hills k/d but he's the heaviest he's ever been (always been slim). His fur looks amazing shiny,smooth was scruffy before. His mood improved. Never looked healthier. Couldn't recommend this enough. A real life saver

I have tried many different 'weight loss' foods for my fat cat. He is a friendly fellow and will go elsewhere for food if I feed him small portions but he really loves his Metabolic Biscuits and is losing weight at last. It is a slow loss but I am hopeful that it will continue now.
