Super Food
Really good cat food, it helped my cat lose weight and return to a normal weight. He seems to really enjoy eating it too.

It works
My cat Rosie has been over weight for some time. When to vets and they put her on this product and slowly she is losing the weight. it is expensive at the vets so I looked on Zooplus and it is so much cheaper. Definitely would recommend this product.

the only food my cat lost weight with!
my cat has been on this food for 5 months she weighted 4.3 grams, she was taken to vets for check up.she weighted 3.6 kgs.i had to ask the vet to check because that did not seem possible!ive not measured the amounts strictly.ive bought the treats in this and it has helped ,i like to give my cat treats this ensures im not giving her fattening treats.will try wet food next with a combination.you will not be disappointed with this product if your cat is overweight or to maintain weight.my cat loves this.

Exceptional
This food saved my 6 year old cat with chronic renal failure. He was very very ill but has overcome the crisis thanks to this kibble. He eats this with gusto and hasn't been ill since we switched to this food.

Perfect!
This was the first dry food we gave our cat. She loves it even more than the wet food, and keeps asking for it. For us it was the perfect solution to her illness, and the price is very affordable!

Excellent food for cats
Luca had an operation to remove stones from his bladder as a kitten. Since then the vet recommended this food and he is now an 8 year old cat. He's had no more problems with stones, and the other two cats also love this food. We are very happy with this product.

Very good
Three years ago they diagnosed my cat with struvite crystals in his urine. I changed his normal diet for this and he started to improve from the outset. I'm never changing it again - 100% recommended.

It's perfect
My cat has happily eaten this from the first day we gave it to him. When he started getting bad kidneys and had to change his diet, this food meant it wasn't a big problem. All K/D range products work well with my cat, including the pate, wet food and dry food. Even the rest of my healthy cats like it! I would recommend it 100%.

Highly recommended for all cats with CRF
My Burmese has always been picky and doesn't eat much, and since he's had chronic renal failure he has only eaten Hill's and Royal Canin prescription diet to control his problem.

Brilliant
This is definitely not the most appetising of foods for cats, but I can also say that my cat managed to survive a kidney failure thanks to this food.

Tieger likes this food
I tried a different food because my little tigers had gone off the anti struvite food I was feeding them. They really like it and I'm impressed by the quality.

Good for k/d kittens!
Well, Zooplus prices are about 50% lower than my vets!! This (the chicken) alternative of the K/D diet is the lowest I can find in phosphates and protein - the salmon flavour is more suited for senior cats and has much higher levels. This is one of the two Renal foods I feel confident feeding my cat (the other being Royal Canine Renal).

Very good
Since I bought this feed (6 years ago) my cat has not had any urinary problems. And they also love it!

Hill's is great quality food
Hill's might cost more then some supermarket foods. But in this case you get what you pay for!
My cat with renal failure loves this food. She is very healthy now and her renal functions are now stable for years.

Does what it is designed for
However, this food should not be given to cats who do not have struvite crystals / alkaline urine as it could have a detrimental effect, thus achieve the opposite result in the long term(i-e formation of oxalates).
Moreover, Hill's C.D prescription diet should only be fed for 3 months at the most--vet's recommendations.

Sir Thomas
Having nearly killed my old cat by giving it a TV recommended brand of dry food, Sir T. developed urine crystals and needed a major opeation. My vet at the PDSA recommended that he be fed this food, which he loves as does my 2nd cat and any strays that pass eat HILLS rather than anything else,,,,It must be good.
