Very hard feathers
the feathers on this toy are very stiff, hard and brittle, my one of my cats ended up at the vets after ingesting bits while I wasn't looking, did not need an op but it was touch and go!!!

Dangerous toy
Be careful of this toy. Our cat has just returned from the vets after an operation to remove the little black cap that holds the feathers after the toy came apart and we didn't notice. He had somehow swallowed it and it got stuck in his intestine. Our cats loved the toy but not worth the risk.

Doesn't hold
Bought twice: 1st lasted a long time, 2nd didn’t last at all (played with it once and it broke, the feather tuft completely fell off).
The quality seems to vary a lot here. I don’t think that’s good for the price.

Broken after 3 days
This was my kittens favourite toy, however it started loosing long feathers and then the end completely fell off! We only got the kitten 3 days ago, so it didn’t last long at all!

Not the best toy ever
I had read the reviews so presumed it would be a good toy, with in a couple of minutes of my kitten playing with it the feathers started coming out. I’m really disappointed with this toy I can’t believe a toy that costs 3 times as much as other feather dangling toys isn’t half as good. In future will stick to the £1.99 ones that are such a bargain and last .

Cats love it, but it breaks easily.
The cats really enjoy playing with it, but where it's put together, it comes apart and doesn't hold anymore. This is probably already my fifth play wand. Unfortunately, it doesn't hold when you try to stick it back into the plastic. I find it very disappointing.

short-lived fun
My Maine Coon cats immediately pounced on the feather wand – and that was that. The feathers were torn out, and over the next few days, everything completely fell apart. Not convincing – unfortunately!

Lots of fun – unfortunately not for long.
Based on the many positive reviews, I bought this fishing rod. Besides this rod, we also have the "Feather Boa" and "Smiley" rods. Out of these, the "Feather Dancer" was the most popular, but after the fifth play, it had no white feathers left. After each play, 1-2 feathers were gone. Even the "Feather Boa" lasts longer and is also cheaper. Such a shame.

Unfortunately, not a good experience.
My cat managed to destroy the fishing rod in just 5 minutes. The feathers and their attachment were simply torn off. I'm very disappointed!!! I expected more!!!
