The cats in my house were both terrified of this toy, so I took it to a friend whose cat was more brave - but even he could not get out of the room quick enough when he saw the ribbon. Not sure what makes this toy so scary, as it seemed to be a nice idea

It’s totally confusing for our tigers that the star squeaks at the top, while the ribbon wobbles at the bottom, so they don’t know where to look or what to play with, especially since they can’t even reach the star. We’ve now removed the stick and are dragging the star along the floor with the ribbon. But it’s definitely too expensive for that! The ribbon (far too long!) can still be used as gift wrapping for Christmas, so one star. The toy is not well thought out!

My kitten loved this... until the squeak part started going off continuously whilst it was in the cupboard. Sounded like a car alarm! Unfortunately after a while the loud noise was making us all uncomfortable so I had to cut it out of the star and then cut the wires to get it to stop. So disappointed because this happened on the first night of use.
