Good
The size takes some getting used to. I can't say anything about durability yet, but it seems quite sturdy. I use Cats Best Pellets, and this scoop is perfect for them!

great for lightweight litters
But not for clay based.. they break very easily

Litter scoop
The scoop is good for large clumps; anything smaller falls through. It could be thicker (the plastic at the front and the spacing of the holes). What's missing is the same scoop, but with smaller holes for the small clumps. S. Knaupe 27/10/22

Great shovel, limited durability
We love using it, the size is super practical.
Unfortunately, the first one broke after about 5 months (bentonite litter).
But the size and handling are so convincing for us that we’re buying it again.

Perfect for the XL cat litter box
We have an XL cat litter box and various standard litter scoops with different hole sizes. We now use Greenwoods eco clumping litter (very satisfied!) and the standard scoops reached their limits with this litter. The Catit scoop, on the other hand, is simply perfect for this type of litter and an XL box, and cleaning the litter box is much faster and, above all, less effort! Minus point: The top edge of the handle is extremely sharp (hence 4 stars).

2. The shovel has been holding up well since the end of May 2019...
I once took the scoop as a bonus gift to test it out. I actually think it's very good for large clumps of cat litter. Smaller clumps and loose litter fall through, so I have to remove those with a different scoop. Unfortunately, the plastic isn’t very sturdy, so the scoop broke after 4 weeks. But I ordered it again, and touch wood, it’s been holding up since the end of May. You just have to be careful! *Laughs*

Highly recommended!
It’s very large, so it’s well-suited for bigger litter boxes.
You can stand it up using the handle.
I’m very satisfied; it does exactly what you want, but it’s only made for coarse cat litter and not the finer stuff 😉

Good for coarse litter and large clumps
The scoop is suitable for coarse clumping litter, such as eco-litter, and especially when you need to regularly remove multiple and larger clumps, e.g. in households with larger cats or multiple cats.
However, small bits also fall through the large holes. Therefore, it’s not as suitable for finer litter. The handle could fit better in the hand.

Good shovel, but prone to breaking
The shovel is good for cleaning, but it usually breaks within a few weeks. I tend to buy them in bulk, which is a shame as the durability is short-lived; otherwise, it would get full marks.

Great scoop but arrived broken
I find this scoop great - the holes are a perfect size for my clumping litter. It makes cleaning the tray out super quick.
The downside is that it arrived shattered in places because Zooplus have a habit of not protecting more delicate items from heavy items when posting; so I have holes in the middle that are too big as a result. Zooplus gave me a refund rather than a replacement, therefore I have continued to use it in it's less-than-ideal state for lack of an alternative currently.

Good, but breaks under overload
I've been using this scoop for the big chunks (I use clumping litter from Extreme Classic) for over 7 years now. For the finer stuff, I have a second scoop with smaller holes. I think it's great... does exactly what it's supposed to. I'm now on scoop number 4 though ;)... sometimes the handle has broken off, other times just a small part. But since I see it as a penny item, that's totally fine.

Shovel with pros and cons
If you want to clean the litter tray quickly and effortlessly, this scoop is ideal. So, I really can't understand why so many people complain about it. Sure, the scoop is quite bulky, but I gave it a chance back then and ended up being absolutely thrilled.
The only drawback that needs fixing is that the narrow section between the scoop head and the handle tends to break if you're not careful with it. That's why I deducted one star. Otherwise, I can only recommend this scoop!

Good shovel with one drawback
I really enjoy using this scoop. It’s sturdy and easy to handle. I’ve had litter scoops before that just broke, but this one has been a reliable tool for me. It’s perfect for coarse litter, as the usable litter simply falls through the holes. However, since I use very fine litter, I can only use this scoop for the coarser bits. I have a smaller scoop to catch the finer stuff. That’s why I’m deducting one star. But I’d still buy it again anytime!

OK, but...!
I ordered this scoop again after a long time. It's not bad, very sturdy and handy (is that the right word?), but I spend too much time when my cat scratches a lot, trying to collect the clumps. Then they fall through all the holes, over and over again, and I’m constantly bent over. My back hurts every single time. With this scoop, it would be ideal if there were a few smaller holes in the middle, front, or back for the smaller clumps. Thank you.

Recommended
Best scoop for Cat's Best Nature Gold cat litter pellets. The holes are nicely large, so the pellets are sifted through quite quickly. However, the material becomes brittle over time, and the scoop eventually breaks in various places. I’d happily pay £5 for a version made of high-quality plastic, but as it stands, I’m deducting one star.

Super handling and durability!!!
I've had the same scoop for over three years now! I think it's excellent for finer types of litter. At first, I had to get used to its size. It's true that you bump into things more often, but I don't find that a big deal. I also like that you can, for example, stand it on the cat litter box. I would buy this scoop again and definitely recommend it to others.

Takes some getting used to but very good for sifting.
We find the scoop really very good after a period of getting used to it.
The litter passes through really well, and it makes scooping out so much easier.
As for durability, we can't say much yet as we've only been testing it for a few days.
It would be great if there were a slightly more manageable version for hooded litter boxes, as the scoop is quite large and keeps bumping into things.

Breaks again and again - but good
The shovel is great, and cleaning up is quick and easy. Unfortunately, the handle breaks every few months, and I have to get a new shovel.

Large shovel with big holes
Yes, it’s good and sturdy, and it makes cleaning the litter box quicker because it’s large. However, I have to deduct a point. The holes are quite big, so smaller remnants fall through the scoop. You’ll need an extra scoop for those.

Bigger than expected
Really huge, which makes cleaning super quick. However, the holes are very large, so smaller clumps fall through. But since it’s so fast, I follow up with a smaller scoop.
