So, this scoop is very sturdy, but it's too coarse for Extreme Classic. However, it's great for removing large clumps. For the very small clumps, I got myself a very fine scoop from the DIY store, but it broke after the first use...

I have no idea why this product is rated so poorly; my wife and I have had no issues with it. On the contrary, it works very well with the edges on the underside.

Well, I wonder what you’re all doing with the shovel? I mean, it’s not going to be any good for digging a trench! But it’s great for cleaning out the cat litter box! So, price/performance is fine! Cheers

The shovel creaks and groans with every cleaning. If you don’t want to get annoyed every day, buy a sturdier product.

I can only advise everyone against buying this thing. The quality is absolutely cheap. It wobbles noticeably under "the weight" of a small pile. As for scraping anything off, we don't even need to talk about it: no chance, it bends like a blade of grass in the wind.

I previously bought a litter scoop from Zooplus and was very satisfied with it. However, this time the scoop is much thinner in terms of material and completely unstable, so every time I worry that it’s going to break when I remove a urine clump from the cat litter tray.

This scoop is honestly a bad joke. For Extreme Classic, the holes are way too big!

I've had this shovel for almost a year now and I'm still super happy with it! It's sturdy and removing the clumps is no problem, at least with the EC.

Not recommended. The shovel broke after just three uses. Suddenly, I was left holding only the handle :0(

I thought it would be better suited for fine litter than my previous scoop. However, the small clumps fall through. Such a shame!!!

...wouldn't have hurt. If the slots were just a bit wider, you wouldn't end up throwing away fresh litter as well, but the dirty stuff would still come out. It doesn't seem entirely sturdy to me, but it's held up for over a year now, even with litter that regularly sticks to the bottom. I would buy it again!

This scoop has just the right "grid" for coarse clumping litter, so not too much unused litter is removed from the tray.

Finally, a scoop where small clumps of waste don’t fall through. Especially with fine litter (e.g. Extreme Classic), regular scoops aren’t suitable for removing the small clumps because they just fall through.

Good for clumping litter, as the loose litter can be easily sifted through.

I use the Catsbest Premium litter and am more than satisfied with the scoop. The unused litter falls through the grid without much sifting, and the clumps stay in the scoop. That’s how it should be! I can’t say much about the durability of the scoop yet.

I get along very well with the fine litter scoop. We use Extreme Classic, and with a bit of sifting, it falls through the slots quite nicely. The "important" part stays in. I can't say anything about durability yet, as I've only had the scoop for three days. However, I find the term "heavy" in the product description a bit misleading, because what would a "light" scoop be then?
