Many customers appreciate the scoop for its effective design, particularly the grid size that works well with various litters, like Diamond Care and Cat's Best Original. It's sturdy and handy for everyday use, though some find the handle weak and unsuitable for heavy-duty scooping. Despite occasional issues with smaller bits falling through, the scoop is seen as good value for money and efficient for quick cleaning, making litter tray maintenance more enjoyable.

Stable and good grip
This shovel is sturdy and has a nice handle that fits well in the hand. However, the gaps in the grid could be smaller – smaller bits of dirt sometimes slip through, and I have to remove them manually afterwards…

Alright
Been using it for 2 years, didn’t think it would last this long. It’s a bit "flimsy", not very sturdy. Works fine for clumping litter though.

Perfect for pallet bedding, but...
The scoop, with its large holes, is perfect for pellet litter (e.g. Cats Best pellets), but unfortunately, it’s very small and therefore not really helpful for “larger waste”.

Shovel
The holes could be smaller. A lot of wet little bits of litter get through.

Price ratio good, BUT
Folks who aren't too familiar yet, please note that this is only suitable for clumping litter and, in my opinion, also for adult cats. Since kittens still need some time to get used to their food – they often have small bits of stool because it's too soft... and that all falls through the scoop.

Just about does the job
I use clumping litter, but I think I would prefer a finer mesh on my scooper. This one can allow litter to fall through the holes from box to bin bag. But at the price, I can live with it!

Could be more stable
So far, the shovel serves its purpose perfectly, but I find the grid part not very sturdy.

It's okay.
If the clumps stay together, this scoop is ideal, but if parts of the clumps crumble away, the holes are simply too large to catch everything. Hence, only three stars!

Not suitable for rodents...
For my rabbit cage, this shovel is definitely too coarse!

For coarse litter, it's okay.
At the moment, I'm still using the last bit of coarse litter. Since it forms relatively large clumps, the litter scoop is fine for that.
However, I've now ordered Biokats Micro and already suspect that this scoop won't be suitable for finer litter, as the holes are simply too big.
It's a shame because the quality and value for money are otherwise fine.

Does the job.....
...but the material is simply too flimsy and the gaps between the slots are too wide.

Does the job...
The shovel is unfortunately only suitable for very coarse bedding. Fine material unfortunately trickles through.

The shovel could be more sturdy.
I've been using the scoop for 3 weeks now with 6 cats. Unused litter sifts through nicely. However, the scoop bends when removing clumps, and it's only a matter of time before it breaks.

Stability
The scoop for removal is okay, but the material should be more durable.
