I've only just got this litter tray and the lid doesn't sit properly so cat can get in but then can't get out as flap gets caught on lip of bottom part of litter tray. Plastic is thin and feels cheap, it is large but my old litter tray purchased for £12.99 feels much sturdier and wish I'd just got another one of those

Unfortunately had to return this as it is huge!!! Which is ideal for some but not for us. Wouldn't fit in my bathroom without being unable to open the door

What a load of rubbish. Just got it and it is impossible to get the lid clipped on, the back clips fall into place but the front is literally impossible. It must be a fault because no way should it be that difficult. Can just imagine this really bugging me should I keep it so sending it back pronto. The clips do feel really flimsy and unclip quite easily so would concern me lifting it from the handle with kilos of litter in it.

Bought this (4th litter box for 8year old cat), and thought it would be great as he's really tall. He used it for a day, then started going on our couch, despite there being plenty fresh litter in his box. The following day MOULD had grown in the box - poor airflow? The door is really tight. This is a really expensive litterbox that we're replacing after 2 weeks, and our cat is now preferring to go on our couch. The mould grows despite trimming out clumping litter.Would definitely NOT recommend!

One of my cats likes to stand up when weeing, resulting on some wee running down on the inside of the lid. Unfortunately, the clips to close the litterbox make the whole box not very tight, resulting in the whole mess running through to the outside, ending up on my floor. Never had that issue before. Absolutely terrible.

We have had the smaller model for several years, and had no issues with it. We now have some big breed cats, and bought three of the large size, to replace our other large litter trays, as we wanted lids and doors. As I unpacked the first one I noticed the plastic is much flimsier than our older tray. Then I put the lid on. It was a struggle to get it on properly, and a struggle to lift it off again. I tried using the locks. They do not move smoothly, and on inspection I could see that the pan has small tags of plastic in the holes they fit in, that should have been removed. I have now taken all the locks off. All in all, I am not impressed with the quality of these trays, and will not be buying any more. Oh, and it took the cats just a couple of minutes to be up on the lids, tearing out the filters. I am still working on that problem, as without the filters the lids have gaping holes in them
