The tray isn’t “soft touch” at all - it’s smooth, rounded, hard plastic that my cats jump over. A waste of space.

The title says “soft touch” but the white tray is solid and rounded plastic. It’s like a cattle grid to my cats who jump over it when they come out of the hooded litter trays. I wish I’d only bought the one to see what it was like but the good reviews persuaded me.

We have 2 cats using a corner box, whilst this catches some litter, there is plenty scattered around it EVERY day. We have short haired cats (Devon Rex's) and the box has a door flap (so they're walking it out, not kicking it). They literally come out take one step, a bit is caught, then the rest is on the bathroom floor.
