Absolutely love the product and have been having it for years. But….. the package is heavy…..the box is not padded out and green straps are not put on to secure the box. Box arrives damaged and on two occasions not at all this year. So replacements had to be sent out. We never get the delivery first time.

I have Litter Robot 4 and this is the best clumping litter i have used. Clumps really well with very little odour. Highly recommend.

I always buy this as it is a reasonable price, delivered quickly by zooplus. Keeps the cat trays smelling lovely. I have two cats and two trays and it absorbs their toilet wonderfully.

Good value for money and it rolls in a ball so easy to scoop out and it smells lovely

Have used this for my cats for about 2 years with no issues. Now the product has dramatically gone down hill. The lovely talc smell has gone, the litter is much darker in colour, it goes all over the house having to hoover every day if not twice a day. Absorbancy is so bad now. After a couple of days the whole litter boxes all need changing. Now cancelled my subscription.

Best cat litter yet!

Ive always loved this litter cats are happy with it and u cant smell the litter but since its been changed, before a cat even pees in it u can just smell litter all over the house. Really unhappy with it and have no idea what litter to use now but unless they revert back to the old product I wont continue to buy it. Luckily managed to grab some of the old product on amazon but I doubt that will continue much longer either

As a long term breeder I have used this litter for at least 10 years ans it was always one of the best. I recieved an order late december and notice the bags were different in look and feel. Firstly these new plastic backs are more brittle and the litter arrives damanged and leaking - but more so I am VERY CROSS that the litter has markedly changed - it is completely different in look and texture and it no longer clumps at all - it is just the most awful litter I have ever used. NEVER AGAIN

I have been using this litter for years and it’s amazing. However, the last one I received is absolutely awful. Doesn’t clump, smells really bad, I had to thrown the rest of the bag in the bin. Thankfully I had an old bag left which is on the normal packaging. I need to know how to identify the new packaging ones so I do not buy it. Otherwise, I will have to look for another litter

have bought this for ages, wasn't perfect but the others were as bad and more expensive. At least it clumped really well, but 3 orders back it was awful. it broke instead of clumping. I was ages doing 6 trays! I gave it another go and the next lot was in the old bags and back to normal. I was relieved, but since the last order which was in new bags, it was awful again. I assume the "good" one was old stock. .i don't find it smells particularly bad but if it stays the same I will have to change.

This Cat litter is dreadful... please don't use it. It sticks to cats paws, nails, fur, around there mouths and bottom and fur.. Since ive bought this my cats have been constantly licking, to get the residue off. I cant wipe it off my floors, how the hell do they clean it of naturally!! It's stuck to my cats tail between paws, bottom. my cats its left a residue. Dreadful product!! It's really difficult to remove

Unfortunately, something has changed and it’s now incredibly dusty. It’s just really disappointing. I imagine is causing cats and their owners a few problems and a whole lot of mess. I can no longer recommend this to people.

Was by far the best litter we used, and were using it now for over 6 years but last time we ordered it it wasn’t the same! The new formula is AWFUL!

I’ve been using this cat litter for probably about 8 years for my multi-cat household. The fine grains really clumped well and I was able to sift it thoroughly with my fine holed scoop. Now the grains are larger and don’t hold a clump so you end up sifting the bits for ages. Just ordered more hoping the last delivery was a fluke otherwise I’m changing.

Abit pricey but the smell makes it worth it as my elderly cat litter is in bedroom so it masks it so well hence why I push out to buy this brand

I bought this as the grains are finer than the Super Benek ones. There the improvement ends. Smelly, doesn’t clump well, and my cat doesn’t like digging in it so either leaves poo on top or on the bathroom floor nearby or even on the nice soft carpet!!!

I've been using this brand for 6 years now. It's usually amazing litter. This batch that I have is awful! Really gritty and doesn't clumping as well. I have another bag to use....I'm hoping this is a one off or I will be looking for something better!

Seen loads of good reviews and decided to give it a go. AVOID COMPLETELY. Tracking is absolutely ridiculous, worse than any other brand I’ve tried. After a few uses the litter stinks terribly. I always clean the litter box at the end of each day and by the first day it was already terrible. Clumping is good though. Won’t be buying again

Used it on my litter robot but after only one day the sifted litter which didn’t even have any poo or pee in it for long cause it was automatically scooped by the robot Stunk out my whole house (smelt like stale very dirty litter if you know what I mean) it was unbelievable, switched back to my other litter within a day. Do not buy this one it’s not good.

I love the sand like grains because it clumps better and there's less tracking. The smaller bags are a great idea as well because they're easier to carry upstairs.
