I have used this litter for years it has changed and is now absolute crap - like a lot of things same price different product - absolute rubbish - does not clump anywhere near like it used to and it looks like sand now too - rubbish.

I have been buying this for years but the formula has changed. It sticks and doesn't clump like it used to. The smell too from the cat litter is awful. It never used to be like this hence why I purchased it as it was good at neutralising the smell. I am so disappointed and will have to look into a new sort which means trial and error and expense. Why fix it, if it's not broken?! Maybe the manufacturer has changed. No point in buying baby powder scented as you can't smell anything either!

Formula & Packaging Changed, Awful Now
I have been buying this since 2019 for my Litter Robots, the past 2 or 3 bags i have used have been awful! They have changed the litter/formula and it sticks terribly and doesn't clump as well as it used to and the smell is terrible now. They have also changed the packaging to a hard plastic bag which rips down the sides very easily causing the litter to pour everywhere and ive had to parcel tape up the sides of last few bags. Sadly I'm giving up with this product and searching for a new litter.

Changed formula for the worse
Been getting this litter for years, now all of a sudden it’s darker, the clumping is worse AND it doesn’t even hide the smell anymore. Unless this was an error in the batch, will never buy again

We have used this cat litter for around 4 year, it used to be amazing but not any more. The formula must have been changed, the cat litter is a lot darker and with regally changing the litter still smells.

Has gone down hill
This used to be brilliant, smelt lovely and did not track. Now the litter is darker in colour, tracks ALL round the house, and the litter tray baby powder scent is almost nonexistent. I am using the last of this bag and changing make.

Dreadful now
Have used this for my cats for about 2 years with no issues. Now the product has dramatically gone down hill. The lovely talc smell has gone, the litter is much darker in colour, it goes all over the house having to hoover every day if not twice a day. Absorbancy is so bad now. After a couple of days the whole litter boxes all need changing. Now cancelled my subscription.

Litter stinks the house out without a cat even peeing in it
Ive always loved this litter cats are happy with it and u cant smell the litter but since its been changed, before a cat even pees in it u can just smell litter all over the house. Really unhappy with it and have no idea what litter to use now but unless they revert back to the old product I wont continue to buy it. Luckily managed to grab some of the old product on amazon but I doubt that will continue much longer either

THIS HAS MARKEDLY CHANGED
As a long term breeder I have used this litter for at least 10 years ans it was always one of the best. I recieved an order late december and notice the bags were different in look and feel. Firstly these new plastic backs are more brittle and the litter arrives damanged and leaking - but more so I am VERY CROSS that the litter has markedly changed - it is completely different in look and texture and it no longer clumps at all - it is just the most awful litter I have ever used. NEVER AGAIN

I have been using this litter for years and it’s amazing. However, the last one I received is absolutely awful. Doesn’t clump, smells really bad, I had to thrown the rest of the bag in the bin. Thankfully I had an old bag left which is on the normal packaging. I need to know how to identify the new packaging ones so I do not buy it. Otherwise, I will have to look for another litter

have bought this for ages, wasn't perfect but the others were as bad and more expensive. At least it clumped really well, but 3 orders back it was awful. it broke instead of clumping. I was ages doing 6 trays! I gave it another go and the next lot was in the old bags and back to normal. I was relieved, but since the last order which was in new bags, it was awful again. I assume the "good" one was old stock. .i don't find it smells particularly bad but if it stays the same I will have to change.

This Cat litter is dreadful... please don't use it.
It sticks to cats paws, nails, fur, around there mouths and bottom and fur..
Since ive bought this my cats have been constantly licking, to get the residue off.
I cant wipe it off my floors, how the hell do they clean it of naturally!!

Unfortunately, something has changed and it’s now incredibly dusty. It’s just really disappointing. I imagine is causing cats and their owners a few problems and a whole lot of mess. I can no longer recommend this to people.

I bought this as the grains are finer than the Super Benek ones. There the improvement ends. Smelly, doesn’t clump well, and my cat doesn’t like digging in it so either leaves poo on top or on the bathroom floor nearby or even on the nice soft carpet!!!

Seen loads of good reviews and decided to give it a go. AVOID COMPLETELY. Tracking is absolutely ridiculous, worse than any other brand I’ve tried. After a few uses the litter stinks terribly. I always clean the litter box at the end of each day and by the first day it was already terrible. Clumping is good though. Won’t be buying again

Used it on my litter robot but after only one day the sifted litter which didn’t even have any poo or pee in it for long cause it was automatically scooped by the robot
Stunk out my whole house (smelt like stale very dirty litter if you know what I mean) it was unbelievable, switched back to my other litter within a day. Do not buy this one it’s not good.
Awful smell
I've bought this brand of litter for about 8 years and it's always been the best one after trying a lot of others, but the last few bags have not been the same at all, I'm sure it's changed. The smell is disgusting & I've tried every single Tigerino scented one , the litter is very very dusty so much that my cats smell of it when they come out if the hooded litter tray, sadly I'm back to the drawing board and having to find a different brand.

The pee smell is so bad even with regular scooping, it does clump great providing you put a massive thick layer in the tray which in my case was half a bag

I have to mention that it's my fault for repeatedly buying this litter, hoping maybe it was just a bad batch or that they'd listen to the reviews. I've never seen worse litter in my life—besides the fact that it crumbles and you can't scoop it properly, it smells so bad it makes you turn your nose up, even though I clean it daily from the very first days after changing it.
