So far, the best.
I can tell you, with 3 cats, I've been trying out different types of litter for ages. I hadn't found any litter that my furry friends didn't end up spreading all over the house. This one is by far the best litter ever. There's nothing that even comes close to it. It smells pleasant, forms great clumps (that don't stick to the floor), and, best of all, my three don't scatter it around the flat. Absolutely brilliant. The price-performance ratio is spot on; it just needs to be offered in a larger package...

The idea isn't bad...
However, the implementation of the same is lacking. The pellets don’t seem to be very comfortable for the cats’ paws. The absorbency of the litter is great, and the clumping is excellent, so it gets a point for that. However, all six cats still prefer the other litter boxes with the Golden Grey litter. The litter boxes with the pellet litter are only used in exceptional cases. What I find extremely impractical is the sifting of the litter; it’s possible but not as effective as with the Golden Grey. At the beginning, you should transition to the pellet litter slowly. My cats preferred to pee and poop on the sofa rather than use the litter, and it took some time before one or the other dared to try it.
Conclusion: The idea is great—it dissolves completely in the toilet, smells lovely, and clumps excellently.
Disadvantage: My cats only like it to a limited extent; it doesn’t seem very comfortable for their paws. When it’s used, the smell is extremely strong, meaning the odour control is only good if you remove the waste immediately. The sifting is somewhat imprecise, and for what it offers, it’s too expensive.
I could imagine that the litter might work for a single cat, but for six, it’s too inefficient. So, I’ll stick with Golden Grey with silica.

Superb quality, but the price...
First, I tried CBÖP and was thrilled with the properties of this natural product. Excellent clumping, super economical, hardly any odour (as long as it’s properly buried). However, I found it too light and fine-grained, as it spread absolutely everywhere in the flat, and you’d practically step on a grain with every step. So, I ordered the new CBNG, as the heavier and larger pellets are supposed to be particularly suitable for long-haired cats and were promised not to get caught in their fur or paws. And indeed, the product is convincing. The new Cats Best variant is carried out of the litter box much less. If anything, only a few pellets are scattered within a radius of 1 to max. 2 metres around the litter box and hardly make it out of the bathroom, while maintaining the same clumping reliability, odour control, and durability as the previous product. However, the price is very high, and the packaging is too small! Therefore, only 4 out of 5 stars, even though the product is extremely impressive!

Good, but too expensive...
Compared to "Öko's Best", it really scatters much less outside the litter box. I have five litter boxes spread across my flat for my gang of five, plus two on the balcony. It would be quite expensive for me if I were to fill all seven litter boxes with this product.
Please offer it quickly in larger bags and at a more affordable price, and I'll switch all seven litter boxes to this new product! Until then, I'd rather vacuum and sweep every day.
My mixed gang of furry friends (long-haired, short-haired, older and younger, sensitive and "tough") accepts the litter well, just like "Öko's Best"...

Very satisfied
We’ve always used Cat's Best Öko Plus until now. The new CBNG litter clumps brilliantly, is just as good in terms of odour control as CBÖP, but is less dusty. We’ve got less litter scattered around the flat than before. Our four tomcats have taken to it well, and the semi-long-haired one hardly gets any litter stuck in his fur anymore.
We’re absolutely delighted with it!

improved litter
Sucks just as well as the old one, but the ribbed design makes it much more flat-friendly for my pack of five. The art nouveau parquet really appreciates it.

Brilliant!
Tried the CBNG on recommendation and I'm thrilled. No more litter all over the flat like with the CBÖP. I can recommend it, even to tin openers who don't have long-haired cats!

Promise kept
I usually use Cat's Best and am satisfied with it, except for the fact that the litter ends up all over the flat. But hey, you have pets or you don’t! In any case, I tried Cat's Best Gold to see if I could manage without the vacuum cleaner once or twice a week. And indeed, there’s not as much litter around the flat as before, and it no longer sticks to the fur of my two cats. No odour, easy to handle, and can be disposed of in the toilet. Everything’s great. The few pellets in the bathroom aren’t a big deal (as I said, you have pets or you don’t, and a bit of extra work comes with it!). The only problem: the packaging. 10L gets used up very quickly with two cats and becomes quite expensive in the long run. A 40L pack would make more sense and hopefully be more affordable. Hence, one point deducted.

Siamese cats
Dear Sir/Madam,
I must honestly say that I have tried many things, but I have never purchased such a good product before. My two Siamese cats thank me every day with their love.
Keep up the good work.
Yours respectfully,
Ronald Helmbrecht

Does absolutely nothing!
I have four cats, two of them with long fur. I used to always have the "normal" litter and decided to give this "new" one a try. I have to say, it still spreads just as much around my flat. And the litter particles aren’t *that* round either... So it ends up being scattered around the flat just as much as the "old" litter. Honestly, I can’t recommend it for the price.

Unfortunately, a letdown
The litter hardly clumps with urine or clumps poorly, and the clumps fall apart when scooping them out. Additionally, it smells very strongly of sawdust, and the pellets disintegrate quickly.
The good points are the odour control and that it doesn’t get spread around the whole flat as long as the pellets don’t crumble. I’m switching back to the regular CBÖP.

Great litter!...
We have a couple of long haired Norwegian Forest Cats and they loved using this litter; it has a fresh clean smell and doesnt scatter everywhere when they have finished using their litter box! Great stuff at a great price - will definately buy this again!

I'm thrilled
So far, I’ve been using the regular CBÖP and was very happy with it... except for the fact that it was literally carried EVERYWHERE around the flat.
So, I decided to try the pellets and I really like them. With two Coonies and a Persian mix, the pellets only end up within a 1-2 metre radius around the litter box and are no longer carried all over the flat in their fur. The few pellets that do get scattered can easily be swept up and put back into the litter box.
I just wish these pellets were available in a 40L bag (firstly, I wouldn’t have to buy them as often—a 40L bag lasts us 1.5-2 months—and secondly, they’re usually a bit cheaper).

Very satisfied
I've been using CBÖP for a long time, but now I've tried CBNG because I wanted to see if it really doesn't get tracked around the flat as much. It's a complete success. The cats accepted it straight away. It hardly creates any dust, clumps well, controls odours, and genuinely doesn't get spread all over the flat. Plus, you can dispose of it via the toilet (though I only do this with solid waste). It would be great if CBNG were available in 40-litre bags as well. Once I've used up my CBÖP, I'll only be buying CBNG from now on.

Correction
I have to retract my criticism of the litter to be fair. It seems the uncleanliness of our tomcat has other causes after all. He still refuses to use the litter box, even though we've gone back to the old litter.
Therefore, for clumping, I give it a four, for odour control a two, and for price a four, which probably averages out to about a three.

Litter is avoided :-(
Unfortunately, none of our four Norwegian Forest cats like the litter. And on the rare occasion one of them did use it, I thought it was great – if only because the litter can be disposed of in the organic waste bin.
But our cats prefer the toilets with Classy Cat.

Almost perfect
I have two Maine Coon tomcats.
One of them is thrilled and spent the first two hours after filling the litter box sleeping in it. The other one is completely refusing it. Clumping isn’t perfect, but it’s sufficient. There’s absolutely no smell as long as you clean it at least every two days. Significantly less litter ends up outside the box and in their fur compared to conventional clumping litter. I’ll gradually get the second cat used to it too (by mixing a bit more of the new litter into the old one each time).

UNFORTUNATELY a bad purchase
The conventional CBÖP is a great litter – with one drawback: it’s too light. That’s why I was really looking forward to the new pellets. Unfortunately, the excitement didn’t last long.
Our long-haired tomcat, usually very undemanding and always clean until now, completely refused to use the litter.
In addition to the living room carpet and bathroom rug, even our bed had to serve as a makeshift litter box – which made it clear: someone was trying to tell us something, and quite clearly and unmistakably at that.
After just two days, I threw out the litter and switched back to the old CBÖP.
It’s a shame, but ultimately the litter has to appeal to the cats, not the humans. Although, to be honest, it wouldn’t have won me over either, as it doesn’t clump very well.

The best we've ever...
We’ve had it and we’re absolutely thrilled. Sure, there’s a bit on the mat, but that’s not worth mentioning.
We’ve had it in the loo for 4 weeks now and there’s absolutely no smell; it still has that woody scent. Even our long-haired cats don’t get it stuck in their fur. We’re completely satisfied and will definitely keep buying it.

I'm satisfied :-)
Hello,
I have 5 cats and have tried everything available on the cat litter market. I stopped using CBÖP when my Norwegian Forest Cat moved in and always looked like she was "breaded," just like the entire apartment. So now, these pellets – I think they're absolutely brilliant. Lightweight, economical, clumps well. And after some initial complaining, the cats have also accepted the new litter. Only my old tomcat doesn't find it walkable – so now there are 2 litter boxes filled with the new Cats Best and one with Golden Grey Master. Everyone's happy – and so am I ;-). Just the price needs some work, and a large bag like with CBÖP would be nice.
