It was the best cat litter until, just recently, the quality of it dropped dramatically and Cat's Best became Cat's Worst litter. I am so disappointed - formula is completely different, the new one has bigger chunks, doesn't clump as it used to, it's tracking and the main thing it stinks horribly! I have to give up buying it and that's a shame Cat's Best loosing customers out of their greed and stupid decisions.

Awful. Leaves mess everywhere. Wee bits of litter get stuck in cat paws and scattered everywhere.

This cat litter is far to small and bitty not suitable for a semi longhaired cat,all the litters stuck to his fluff.should have been advertised as small bits of litter.

My usual wood cat litter hasn't been available lately, so I thought I'd give this a try. I think it is the worst cat litter I have ever had. The wee clumps it up, but then it stays wet instead of absorbing it like other products do! The litter tray ends up with these wet, very sticky clumps, and if you try to pick them up with the litter shovel, they stick to it and it's difficult to clean it off... awful! Thank god I only ordered the trial size! I should ask for my money back, really.

I finally tried the Cat's Best as I am desperately trying to find an appropriate litter, that can do 3 basic things: clump well, mask smell, not trace. Well, Cat's Best is doing none of those. Even more, the tracing is the worst I've ever seen! I had to hoover 4x in one day and after not even 24h I've had enough of this litter and completely swapped it with another one.

cat got it all over the house took ages to clean up,and had to throw away the rest as it was too messy

when used my Persian cat got all the litter stuck to his feet and all over the floor had to throw it away after a few days made a mess every where

Haven't tried it yet but hadn't realised and ordered cats best original and this only cats best original for same size was cheaper

I bought this because of the good reviews, but find it expensive and extremely messy. The litter gets everywhere and the clumps are like glue. I will go back to the wood pellet litter. Obviously I am in the minority, but - each to his own!

I have been using Oko Plus mainly for it's clumping properties. It also used to be quite economic. However, the last bag turned out to be less than satisfactory. It does no longer clump well, and clumps disintegrate easily. I will no longer buy it. I would also urge the maker to change the formula to the previous one. What a disappointment!

This is dreadful stuff. It gets caught up in the cats' claws and can be found in every part of the house. Mind you, the cats like it because they have great fun scratching up piles of it and spreading them in all directions. Nor is it particularly economical because it forms enormous damp clumps which have to be removed. Much as the cats will no doubt miss their fun, I am going back to Catsan.

I had been using cheap litter from from a value supermarket and an open litter tray for 1 adolescent cat. It wasn't too bad. Then I purchased a jumbo cat toilet from zooplus and some of this oko plus litter. Oh my god...after one use I was convinced my cat had gone to the loo on the carpet, because the smell was awful, I mean it couldn't have been any worse if he had done a poo on my lap. Granted it clumps and absorbs well, but does absolutely nothing for the smell. Perhaps my cat has more foul smelling poo than the other users, or something? Also it tracks everywhere despite having a grated catch tray at the exit of the toilet. It sticks to the paws, fur and every part of the the cat that touches it. I'm not surprised it got stuck in one user's cat's eye. My house is now a mesy smelly place. Fortunately my cat will always look to go outside to the loo before using the tray, but for a lot of people this isn't an option. My verdict..avoid and try something else.

This litter is a very poor quality. I have 3 cats and they have 2 toilets. Followed the instruction, filling up the tray. The litter stuck to their paws and to their furs and it was everywhere. The odour was awful. Clumping is there but very wet. Definately not value for money, never buy again and even get rid of the rest of the litter.

do not use this litter, part of the litter got stuck in my cats eye. which resulted in an eye infection. which lead to sugery, during surgrey there were complications with the anaestetic and my cat nearly surcumbed to it. if i hadnt of tryed thi litter, my cat would never have nearly died. be warned!!!

This cat litter is so dusty that you almost have to dust every day and sometimes even get headaches yourself.

The litter has gotten much worse, and unfortunately I recently bought as many as 4 large packs. It no longer smells as nice as it did at first, it doesn’t clump, and it quickly turns powdery. Such a shame, I hope the manufacturer improves the quality.

We didn't like it, it doesn't clump well, what a mess I made trying to clean it. It turns into something like mud.

There were probably fungus spores in this bag. I bought it a while back when I still had some of the other one left, so we only started using it recently. But once we did, about a week later, first my smaller cat started sneezing and had watery eyes, then the bigger one started coughing badly. I changed all the litter to tofu because I thought it was just the dust... but there was a bed where this stuff was stuck, and when my dog sniffed it and immediately started choking, that's when I realised this must be the cause. Only a few litres are missing from the whole bag... I'm furious.

It used to be good years ago, but now it's ridiculously expensive and the quality has dropped so much that it smells bad, doesn't clump, and turns to dust by the second day. My cats don't want it anymore and I'm not surprised. The whole house smells awful and that's another customer they've lost.

I bought this litter on the recommendation of friends who use it and praised its quality a lot. Unfortunately, for me and my cats, it turned out to be a nightmare. The litter was tracked not only all over the bathroom but throughout the entire flat, even though I had a special mat in front of the litter box. It looks like oat flakes and even behaves similarly when it gets wet. It doesn’t clump; yes, it forms a ball, but it’s muddy. It sticks to the bottom of the litter box and falls apart when the cat digs in it. I do not recommend it.

The sand is very dusty, which is a shame because it goes a long way and clumps well.

The first ones we bought directly at Fressnapf were of higher quality.

Disaster, what happened to this cat litter... Clumping is now just a myth, smelly urine-soaked wooden bits are scattered all over the litter box, trying to scoop out the urine is a nightmare, and in no time the box smells so bad that my cat started doing its business around the house. Honestly, this is the worst litter I've ever used—even Benek is better than this one...

The cats don't like it. They don't use the litter box at all.

The litter does clump well and is fairly lightweight, but in my opinion, that's the only positive thing about it. It is, in fact, dusty and definitely gets tracked out of the tray. And even though I used a clean (test) litter box and scooped out all urine clumps and faeces thoroughly once a day, after just three days there was already a strong smell of urine outside the litter box, coming from the supposedly "clean" litter grains that were left behind. Unfortunately, not a success for me, so once but never again!

Every day it's more expensive and lower quality. I had been using it for years, but you can consider this customer lost.

Never had any problems with it, it was always good cat litter. Until the day I needed it, I open the bag and it's all just sawdust... dust, loads of dust. Not good litter like the cat litter pellets should be. Up to now, I still haven't got my money back and I can't return it, even though I suggested it. Really disappointing!

We used this cat litter for two years and it was fantastic. For some time now, I haven't received a single pack that looks the same as it used to. It produces much more dust and the colour has changed.

With this "litter", your cat is guaranteed to never be house-trained again!

I've tried quite a few natural litters before, but I've never experienced this: halfway through the bag, I had to switch to a different litter. The reason was that this litter is extremely dusty. After two weeks, there was a layer of dust not only in the litter box but also all around it, and when I wiped it with a damp cloth, it left a 'slippery film'. I don't even want to imagine what this wood dust does to the respiratory system of (my) cat!

This litter is made of wood, but with the insane amount of dust it gives off, it's definitely not suitable for cats. I only scooped out one clump of pee and you could barely breathe—the dust just hangs in the air. And I don't even want to imagine what it's doing to my kids' lungs 😿 I used to use FUKUMARU Tofu Litter, and I wanted to have another one as a backup in case I ran out, but that was a mistake. I don't recommend it.
