This is the litter of her choice. When my cat moved in with me, I first offered her a different, non-clumping litter. After she went in once, she preferred to use the bath mat instead. So I tried Cat's Best Öko. Since then, she has never gone outside her litter box again. It’s economical, odour-neutral, and easy to dispose of.

My cats love this litter, and they’re digging away enthusiastically :-)

- Odourless - Hardly any dust, if at all - Clumps remain clumps (faeces and urine) - Clumps can be environmentally disposed of via the toilet - No pipe blockages for years (with daily cleaning) - Complete litter replacement is almost unnecessary - Economical use, only a small amount needs to be refilled - Excellent odour binding With this litter, our three cats always have clean, dry, and odourless toilets. I must note, however, that the feeding also plays a role in how strongly the faeces "smell". With a high meat content and little grain, as cats require, there is absolutely no odour. With less complex food, there is also no smell noticeable after burying. All three cats bury very thoroughly. Therefore, I assume they like using this litter as much as we do. A 20kg sack lasts at least 4 months for our three cats, four toilets, and daily cleaning. Hopefully, this litter will remain available for a long time without the formula being changed.

The litter clumps brilliantly and can be disposed of in the toilet – so convenient!

Clumps very well. My cats like it. It's also one of the coarser litters – which is great because it makes it easier to clean up. The cats always end up dragging a bit out of the litter box into the house anyway. I also love that it’s available in large quantities – like 40-litre bags. That lasts about 6–8 weeks for two cats, and I don’t have to keep lugging new ones home all the time.

Currently our favourite litter – super natural smell, lightweight for carrying/refilling, good clumping and very economical. The clumping isn’t quite as good as with other clumping litters (it sometimes falls apart), and after a while the litter starts to get quite dusty (it crumbles over time). However, it can be used for a long time; the odour control is still very good even after 2–3 weeks (and that’s with 2 cats). So, despite the small drawbacks, it’s currently the best litter for us!

I’m really happy with this litter. My cat loves it too and took to it straight away. I’ve been using it for a very long time and have never been disappointed. I can only recommend it!

I've been using this litter for about 2 years now. In my opinion, there's nothing better. I've also tried Catsan and so on. But when it comes to handling and odours, Cats Best is the best. I can highly recommend it, and the service from Zooplus is simply fantastic.

I’ve noticed a decline, just like some others have :( It’s dustier, and the clumps don’t hold together as well anymore! Such a shame, because I was actually quite satisfied with the basic concept and my previous experiences! Now I’m going to give Tigerino a try (after reading various other reviews). Hopefully, I’ll find a good alternative with it!

This cat litter is not only very economical, but it also neutralises odours really well. I can only recommend it.

Good litter with one drawback. Pros: - Lightweight, minimal dust, absorbs odours very well Cons: - On the plush trousers of my long-haired tomcat, some mashed-up litter always sticks after he's done his business. Apart from the fact that it bothers my cat and looks odd, it also bothers me because these mushy clumps get spread everywhere. Conclusion: Not really suitable for long-haired cats.

Our cats are very picky when it comes to their cat litter. We used to have one that was very fine, but suddenly they stopped accepting it. We chose this one because it can easily be disposed of in the toilet. Our picky kitties have been happy with it for several years now! No odour and easy cleaning of the litter trays.

This litter is perfect. I have two cats and one litter box. I clean it twice a day and replace it once a month. Best litter in terms of value for money.

I’ve had cats for twenty years and have tried all kinds of litter. Either the litter started to stink after a short time or it didn’t clump properly. But the worst thing was always the overpowering smell of urine. Then I came across Cats Best. It’s almost perfect, but unfortunately only almost! It always smells pleasantly of wood, clumps brilliantly, and you can easily dispose of it in the toilet!!! The only things that are extremely annoying are two points: First: It gets spread all over the flat. Second: It’s dusty as heck. I have my three litter boxes in the bathroom, and whether with or without a lid, I have to dust my bathroom furniture every day because it always looks like I haven’t cleaned for two weeks. That’s seriously frustrating. I’ve now ordered Cats Best Gold for the first time, and it arrived today. My cats have accepted it, which is a good start. I’ll, of course, report back in the coming days about the results or success. I’m curious myself ;-)

Unfortunately, I can only agree with the others! The bedding is nowhere near as good as it used to be, far too coarse, and it no longer clumps properly. Sadly, I now have to buy a new bag every four weeks – it used to last three months. I’ll start looking for alternatives now!

I’ve tried every type of litter with my three indoor cats and years ago I settled on Cats Öko Best. I was super satisfied – very economical, no odour in the flat. Now, after being "cat-free" for 1 1/2 years, I immediately ordered the litter again for my new cat. Very disappointing. The quality has deteriorated, no clumping anymore, and a strong odour develops after a short time. Such a shame – I’ll have to look for a new litter. All the advantages this litter used to offer are no longer there.
