So far, very satisfied.
Binds liquids and odours very well. Solid waste (when the cat buries it) is also well isolated and dries out quickly. If you don’t crumble the clumps when removing them and thus avoid contaminating the clean litter, it remains usable for a long time. Convenient: a) disposal via the toilet, b) relatively lightweight. Pleasant smell, slightly resinous. Hardly any dust. Relatively affordable. The only downside: it tends to stick to paws and fur, with crumbs found far away from the litter box.

Super cat litter!
I don’t use anything else anymore. After experimenting with various types of litter, I’ve finally found the right one for my two tomcats. With the previous litters, I always had an extreme amount of dust in the flat, and the waste weight was enormous too. But with Cat’s Best, all of that is a thing of the past. By the way, I dispose of the clumps using disposable gloves or rubber gloves, which lets you “feel” everything perfectly and sift the good litter through your fingers.

The quality of this bag has gotten worse.
I ordered a 40L bag as usual on 20th March, but this batch was poor quality. When the urine clumps, the litter falls apart or small clumps break off and fall back into the cat litter box. I don’t know what Cats has done or changed, but I hope the next bag will be back to the old quality. Otherwise, I might as well order the stone litter for €2 per 10L, as it has the same effect.

Not recommended
Ordered it based on many good reviews. Unfortunately, the litter fails completely.
Positive: The wood scent is pleasant, and the litter is nice and lightweight.
Negative:
1. The litter spreads all over the house.
2. ZERO odour control – after a "big business," the whole house stinks!
3. Poor clumping, meaning you have to replace all the litter after a short time.
Never buying this again!

Eco Plus Cat Litter
After my short-haired cats have tried almost all available cat litter products, we’re sticking with Cat’s Best Öko Plus.
This litter is fine enough to clump well and coarse enough to avoid dust clouds.
The "Universal" litter is not suitable as cat litter because it doesn’t clump sufficiently.
"Nature Gold" might be an alternative for long-haired cats, as the coarse pellets don’t stick to their fur as easily.

Disappointed with the litter
I had heard a lot of good things about this litter, but I’m very disappointed. It smells unpleasant, doesn’t clump properly, and gets used up quickly.

Super bedding!
I have three short-haired cats, and they love this litter. It binds odours and doesn’t stink like the perfumed ones. It’s eco-friendly because I can throw it straight into the toilet and don’t have to go through the hassle of using the bin. Of course, it does end up scattered around the flat, but it’s easy to clean up because of its size, whereas other litter tends to have more of a "sandy feel". I love it and wouldn’t want to use any other.

I got this litter because of the many positive reviews. I was very surprised – it smells really pleasant, like wood, and clumps very well. Plus, the house doesn’t smell of cat at all. Even the urine, which tends to have a sharp odour with other clumping litters, isn’t an issue here. A small downside is that it does spread around the flat a bit, but with a protective mat, it’s manageable. The main thing is that it controls the smell, which was the most important thing for me. The perfect litter doesn’t exist anyway.

Very satisfied
Our cat uses her two litter boxes very frequently due to diabetes. With regular clumping litter, there was "concrete" scattered everywhere and there were stains. Cat's Best binds odours, clumps properly, and if some does end up scattered around the flat, it can be swept up quickly – and there are no more stains. Plus, the cat has taken to it really well!

Doesn't clump
Based on the numerous positive reviews, I decided to try this litter, but unfortunately, I have to say that I am absolutely disappointed. Sadly, the clumps fall apart after a very short time and spread throughout the entire litter box. Since I’m often not at home during the day, I can’t distinguish the damp clumps from the rest of the litter in the evening, which means the box starts to smell strongly after just a few days. I don’t want to subject my poor kitties or us to that. Not recommended!

Well...
I ordered the product when there was a small pack available for testing. I thought, why not give it a try? Verdict: Never again. For me, it doesn’t smell pleasant, it doesn’t clump well (or the clumps fall apart when you scoop them out), and it turns into mush in the toilet. Never again, and certainly not for that price.

Clumps well, doesn't smell!
I’ve tried out loads of different cat litters. My tomcats pee a lot, and unfortunately, their urine smells quite strong. This is the only plant-based litter that can keep up with the conventional bentonite litters. It clumps well and hardly smells, or rather, it binds the urine odour really effectively. Plus, it’s very economical and can be flushed down the toilet. I only buy this now!!!

And then switched after all
In the meantime, I also switched after using the litter for almost half a year. The reason for the long usage was the natural material, which also has a pleasant wood scent, especially the odour control and its efficiency. However, after a week, it becomes incredibly dusty, which led to my two cats having sticky eyes, and that was ultimately the reason for the switch. Additionally, it’s true that you find the litter literally everywhere in the flat because it’s so lightweight. Daily vacuuming, litter mats, etc., only helped to a limited extent – it’s just everywhere. On the other hand, because the litter is so lightweight, it’s easy to carry without causing back pain.

Best/worst
Absolutely great on clumping and odour but OMG it's everywhere in the house. It tracks for miles and unfortunately this outweighs the benefits. Such a shame as other than that it's excellent

It tracks everywhere
Just awful. It tracks all over the house. If you can bear that, it does clump well.

Well....
I’ve been using CBÖP for many years. Up until three months ago, I had two cats and two litter boxes. Now I have four cats and four litter boxes. As I said, I’ve used it for a very long time and was very satisfied. Our little tigers also liked using the litter. However, I’ve now switched for the following reasons:
1. The inconsistent quality. Especially recently, CBÖP hasn’t been clumping well, so when scooping out the urine clumps, they crumble, smear, and make a total mess of the scoop. As a result, more and more tiny bits of urine clumps are left behind in the litter box after each cleaning. Of course, I could endlessly sift through it, but who wants to do that? When I contacted the manufacturer, they asked me to send 400g of unused litter from the problematic bag. Unfortunately, I always use up the bags completely right away.
2. The unbearable “beach effect.” We live on two levels, with all the litter boxes downstairs. Yet, there’s litter all over the house—on the sofa, and even upstairs in the bed. I DON’T have long-haired cats. It was driving us absolutely mad. I’m quite particular about cleanliness in the house, so I vacuum roughly every two days. Still, after every trip to the litter box, there were crumbs underfoot. Given the relatively high price of this litter, I expected more, so I’ve now switched to a different product.

Unfortunately disappointed
Because of the good reviews, I wanted to try this litter. Unfortunately, it doesn’t form proper clumps and they fall apart immediately when I try to scoop them up. Additionally, the litter spreads absolutely everywhere in the flat. My cat didn’t even want to use the litter box anymore.
The only positive is that it binds odours very well and can be disposed of via the toilet.

I'm totally thrilled. Clumps perfectly, doesn't smell unpleasant, and my cats like it. I'll only buy this litter from now on.

Very good
My breeder recommended it to me years ago because it's pure natural. I won't use any other litter in my home anymore as it's very pleasant for the human nose and for cat paws.

Truly the best
I was thrilled from the moment I first opened the bag. Wood – it smelled so wonderfully of wood. The litter also feels pleasant to the touch, perfect for the kitty. Thanks to its really strong absorbency, you can remove the clumps from the litter box after just 30 seconds without them crumbling. Odour-binding is what I’m experiencing here: you smell nothing. You come home and don’t smell a cat. Even after the big business. I’m glad someone gave me the tip c:
