For me, this is one of the best cat litters out there. It neutralises odours and doesn’t give off that overpowering baby powder smell, which later mixes with the smell of urine. As far as I can tell, the cats seem to like the litter... it was certainly very well received. The only downside: the individual granules are easily carried out of the litter box on their paws. I’m now going to mix this litter with Cat's Best Nature Gold and see if that solves the problem.

I was really disappointed with this litter. I've 2 adult females who have both had kittens. I chose this as our bin men have been reluctant to take heavy bags and a,like the idea of bio-degradable. I had thought this would be superior to wood pellets but the mess this makes is awful. Constantly having to get Hoover out. I will be going back to wood pellets even though it doesn't clump as well as this one.

...because although the litter is usually really great, it creates an insane amount of dust if you have a vigorous digger or a little burrowing mouse in cat form. We switched to the sister product (pellets) afterwards, and it’s absolutely brilliant. So, one point deducted for the dust explosion. :)

I am very satisfied with the product. It clumps very well and produces little dust. I have been using it for several years now and am still impressed. Plus, it is 100% eco-friendly.

I have been using Oko cat litter for 18 months I have 2 Birmans cats . Its easy to scoop out wee & poo only needs changing once a week so economical . I recomend it.

This used to be good - it's not now. It doesn't clump properly and it smells.

My cat and I love it! It has a lovely woody scent, does a great job of blocking unpleasant odours, is very economical, can be disposed of via the toilet, and is affordable (great value for money). We keep buying Cat's Best again and again and would definitely recommend it.

Cats Best used to be *the* litter for me for years. I was already using it back when it was still available for €17/40 litres. It's a real shame that instead of a price increase, the quality has been drastically reduced (an indirect price hike). For me, this is a massive drop in quality, and that's why I won't be buying it anymore. After many litter experiments, I've now found a very good eco-litter in a shopping centre that's also cheaper. Such a pity, Cats Best.

Based on the good reviews, I recently ordered this litter for the first time for my girlfriend and myself. Mistake! My tomcat carries loads of litter outside with him every time he visits the tray. The litter also doesn’t bind very well. The clumps are often more like damp, cohesive "piles" that tend to fall apart when you try to remove them. And the previously mentioned slightly sour smell is also very unpleasant for me. I won’t be ordering this litter again :-(

How times change. Years ago, I really liked this cat litter because it was not only economical but also scored points in terms of quality. Nowadays, it's just crumbly and, despite cleaning it several times a day, only usable for a short time. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!

We’ve been buying this product for a little over six years now. This litter is incredibly efficient, making the price-performance ratio excellent (usage for two cats: 3 40-litre bags per year). I agree with previous reviewers that the quality of clumping has deteriorated. However, the mess in the house has stayed the same. The smell in our case is more due to the constantly dirty litter box. We now clean it quarterly with a light Kärcher and refill it fresh.

The cat litter is fantastic and has become our new daily companion! It clumps really well and neutralises odours very quickly, so our home never smells of cat pee. Our two cats never bury their piles very thoroughly, but if they did, the smell would probably be less overpowering. Additionally, it has a pleasant woody scent and doesn’t stick too much to their paws. You can’t completely avoid it, of course, but with this litter, you really can’t go wrong!

No idea what's changed, but the litter used to clump much better before. Now the clumps fall apart, and it's almost impossible to remove everything with a scoop. As a result, the litter starts to smell very quickly, and the cats no longer use it.

Hello, I find it very difficult to understand how such vastly different opinions on clumping behaviour and odour control can arise here. For me, this is by far the best cat litter with an exceptionally long-lasting effect.

I’m really impressed with this litter. The flat doesn’t smell like a cat toilet, unlike with others. It clumps nicely, has a pleasant wood scent, and a 45L bag lasts for a really long time. Highly recommended!

I've been using Cats Best for 4 years and was always thrilled with it. Unfortunately, something has changed – it constantly smells of urine, clumps poorly, and spreads more around the flat. Now, unfortunately, I have to look for a different litter.

We decided to give this litter a try based on a recommendation. Up until now, we hadn’t bought it because it’s not very affordable in comparison. - Unsuitable, as its light weight causes it to scatter everywhere. - Very dusty. - Odour control feels practically non-existent. - Absorption for urine is also not very satisfactory.
