This cat litter is simply the best I've ever had!!! There's no more smell, and it clumps really well, making it very economical!!!

On my search for good cat litter, I came across this one. So far, I’m satisfied because: - The litter is biodegradable and free from any fragrances that only appeal to our noses. My tomcats used to dig out the fresh "baby powder litter" from the toilet. - The litter is genuinely odour-neutral. You can smell it for a minute when the cat visits its little spot, but after that, there’s nothing left to "sniff out." The typical "cat litter box smell" has disappeared from my flat. :-)) - The litter doesn’t get tracked around as easily as the fine granules I used before; most of it stays on the mat in front of the toilet. (Vacuuming at least every two days is still unavoidable with my tomcats, though.) - The price is absolutely reasonable, and the litter lasts forever! The only downside, which bothered me right from opening the bag, is the fact that the litter is quite dusty. I think I’ll continue using it as long as my cats don’t start sneezing (though I’m a bit sensitive about this due to bad past experiences). All in all, I’m happy and will remain so, as long as the cats are too. :-)

The smell and clumping are good, but it’s dusty, and I don’t want to subject my cats to that.

My boss is very happy with it, and so am I. There's absolutely no smell anymore. Unfortunately, the particles spread around the litter box, but with a mat, the problem is solved. It's very economical – I bought a 40-litre pack last December and still have litter for a few more months, even though Madame is very particular (I have to clean the litter box very often). I've tried a lot over the last 20 years, and this litter is the best. Flushing it down the toilet feels like a waste of water to me. Brilliant!

The smell takes some getting used to. When the cat has done something, it also smells strange. I remove the clumps, so I can't make the base litter last for two days. It was said that the base litter lasts for four weeks. I can't confirm that; I'll switch back to the tried-and-tested option, otherwise, it will get too expensive for me with two cats. Such a shame! Because the cats love the litter. They won't go into the other litter box where the old litter is still in the tray anymore.

Hello, I tried the special offer for food and litter. Everything is absolutely brilliant! I’ll probably stick with the two Sanabel and Catbest Öko+!!!!

This cat litter has completely won me over. Firstly, its absorbency, odour control, and efficiency are very impressive, and secondly, the fact that it can be disposed of in the organic waste bin is great for the environment. My general waste bin is now practically always empty. Even my cats accepted it without any issues. So, I can only recommend this product with 5 stars PLUS.

I have always used Cast Best Gold, but as money is a little tight I lookd for a money saving and down graded, however as I have a Maine coon with lovely long hair, this litter is no good as it stick's to my cats fur :0( It is very effective at clumping and if I only had short haired cats I would continue to use it, The Cats best gold is larger pellets and never sticks or tracks. I hope this will help some people.

This litter is the best I've tried in the last 20 years. With four furry friends, each with their own tastes and preferences, it's not easy to switch litter—sometimes one doesn't like it, sometimes another. Ladies, eh. With Öku Plus, everyone is happy. And if you put a doormat in front of the cat loo, most of the particles get caught there. The only downside is that I have an allergic reaction to the litter. My nose runs and my eyes water shortly after cleaning. So, I put on a dust mask, and everything's fine. Despite this, I'll stick with this litter because it's the best for my furry friends.

I tried Cat's Best for the first time about 7 weeks ago and I’m absolutely thrilled. The used litter is easy to dispose of. The cat litter box doesn’t stink anymore. One initial filling actually lasts for several weeks (1 cat). A small downside: the crumbs quickly spread around the litter box. I have to sweep up a bit more often, but that’s not a problem. All in all: great value for money and highly recommended. By the way, I got the tip about this new litter from a friend.

As a veterinary nurse i tried virtually every litter on the market, until I found this one. Its clean, hygenic, easy to use and works out less expensive than most other brands. There's a little tracking but it doesn't mark carpets or smell and is easy to pick up. Added to the reliable delivery from zooplus and the fact that I can buy a huge bag and not carry it home from the shop, this litter is my favourite. I have used it for 6 years now.

Love it! It's flushable (i wouldnt go back to non flushable now), doesnt smell at all, clumps so it's easily cleaned. And only needs full replacement once a month. Only downside: it trails like hell! Oana - apurrfectcat.wordpress.com

This is an excellent product! The big bag: for two cats and for nearly three months! What's a saving! No bad smell! Absorbs very well. Recommended!

After using Classy Cat Litter for some time I read all of the positive reviews about this one and thought it would be good to try something different. We have 4 cats which are mainly indoor. Bitterly dissapointed - a real let down - more odours and dust wth the litter getting stuck in their paws and i find it all over the house! I am sticking with Classy Cat - an excellent litter all round - the hoover has never been used so much in 1 week.

The smell is okay! But this stuff is ridiculously dusty! I already start sneezing and coughing when cleaning the litter box, and after one of my cats couldn’t shake off a cold (I was at the vet with our Josie again today!), I was advised to switch the litter!!! If the manufacturer fixes the "dust problem," I’ll buy it again. But for now, I’m going back to Catsan! Lastly, a heartfelt piece of advice for all cat mums and dads: If you have questions about "what and how" for your furry friends, ask your trusted vet!!! My girls love it, and I’m absolutely thrilled because it genuinely doesn’t smell! You can easily dispose of it in the toilet, and I only need to change the litter box every four weeks.

I tried this litter - 20 litres - the cats used the litter box, but not very willingly. After just a few days, you can smell the "litter box", even though it was cleaned twice a day (2 cats). The litter also gets spread all over the flat, not just on the floor, but also in the bed, sofa, cupboards, etc. I will never buy this litter again. I suspect that many people rate this litter positively because they’ve only ever used supermarket litter before – other litter, like Cat and Clean, might seem expensive at first glance, but it’s very efficient, stays in the litter box, and doesn’t smell. Plus, you only need to top it up and don’t have to completely change the litter box regularly like you do with this one.

This litter is not as good as World's Best but it's also a hell of lot cheaper, I can't justify the cost of World's Best. The litter has an agreeable smell and flushes well (I flush after every two clumps. However, the granuals of litter are too big to fit through most scoops and the balls have a tendency to break-up if you don't lift them out in the correct way. That said, my two kitties use the tray well, whenever I re-fill it they jump in and have a dig about, just to check! The large bags last absolutely ages and the convenience of being able to flush the litter away is really excellent. I will continue to buy until I get rich or World's Best comes down in price!

After all the positive reviews, I expected a bit more from this cat litter. I did find it convenient that I could flush the clumps down the toilet and dispose of the rest in the organic waste bin. However, I just couldn’t stand the smell of the litter. For this reason, I’m going back to the tried-and-tested option.
