We're super satisfied.
I first bought CBÖ in March 2012 and have been very satisfied ever since. My two ladies immediately accepted the litter, it clumps very well and doesn’t smell at all. It’s truly a fantastic litter.
Considering that a 40-litre bag lasted me 4 months with 2 cats, the price works out cheaper than many bentonite litters from well-known discount stores.

The litter is simply overpriced for what it offers. Not only does it constantly end up scattered all over the flat, but after just about 10 days, an absolutely disgusting smell develops, which I find unbearable. At this price, I would expect it to last longer. Due to the very coarse granules, the litter is also not very efficient. The only positive point I can see is the weight. However, for me, that's not a reason to buy this product. There are better and cheaper alternatives available.

Simple and straightforward!
The best thing about this cat litter is that you can dispose of it via the toilet... what could be better? Simple and hassle-free. It clumps really well and lasts a long time. My little darlings love it and feel comfortable!
I won’t buy any other again!

Beautiful, but it does get very dusty.
My cats love this litter. It's just like in nature, well, almost ;-) It clumps well, which is really important. Unfortunately, it creates a lot of dust when you pour it into the litter box. I have breathing issues because of it, but if you know about it, you can do something to manage it. I simply stirred the litter with a face mask on for a while to let the dust settle. One point deducted because of the dust. If it were up to my cats, it would get full marks.

Best oko cat litter
Having tried all the clumping cat litter I thought I would try this after reading all the reviews, I have only used this for 1 day and I am so impressed with it, when the cat uses the 'toilet' it certainly retains the smell, will certainly be ordering this from now on

The best litter
This is the best clumping litter... economical, highly odour-binding, and easy to dispose of – I volunteer at an animal shelter, and it’s used there as well – I don’t buy anything else anymore. 1**************

At Last no smells
Having tried all the best so called " clumping litters " we decided to try Oko plus . It is by far the best and we no longer have any odour from the litter tray or anywhere in the house .Clumps really well, makes it easy to clean the tray and is working out far less expensive than any other litter we have tried .We have two very "Regular " cats so bought a 40 litre bag which after a month is still well over half full . It does track a little but We've always had that problem with our cats ,try using this with the Litter locker 2 and you won't be disappointed

Nothing better could have happened to me.
Not even €20.00 for 40 litres.
My Minka has been living with me for two years now, and we're ordering our third 40-litre pack of Cat's Best Öko Plus. But that's not all – I also have NO additional costs for disposal!
What could be better than clean, hygienic (zoo)plus economical. :)

Will keep looking.
Our little one scatters this all over the floor. However, it smells pleasantly of wood. I'll keep looking for something better.

So far, haven’t found anything better.
I used to often pick up clumping litter from the discount store after testing numerous products (including non-clumping litter). When our cat (an outdoor cat) had kittens, I started looking for suitable litter that would be safe even if accidentally ingested. I came across Cat's Best Öko Plus and was very impressed. The litter has a pleasant woody smell, absorbs liquid immediately, and neutralises stronger odours relatively quickly. Of course, it smells when the cats leave fresh piles, but after a few minutes (and a bit of airing), there's no trace of it anymore. The urine clumps are very easy to remove, but this should ideally be done on the same day. If you wait too long, they crumble. It's also advisable to leave solid piles in the litter for a while, as the litter draws out the moisture well, making them easier to remove cleanly. The litter is very economical too. The plant fibres swell and absorb much more liquid than other clumping litters. The clumps appear large as a result, but in reality, only a small amount of litter is lost, whereas with bentonite litter, the clumps stick together and much more litter is removed with the same amount of liquid. Another practical feature is that the clumps can be disposed of via the toilet, saving a trip to the bin. When we do a complete change, the remaining litter goes on the compost and decomposes there.
If I had to criticise something, it would be that the litter often gets kicked out of the litter box due to its lightness when the cats dig too enthusiastically. But it’s not much extra work to sweep around the litter box once a day (when cleaning the box anyway) and put the scattered litter back in.
We really can't find anything negative about this litter. Even the price is quite reasonable when you consider how economical it is.
For us, this is the best litter we've had in 20 years of living with cats.

Cat's Best Öko Plus Cat Litter
It creates a lot of dust, which makes me cough – but it has great suction power. If it didn’t produce so much dust, it would truly be the BEST!

Perfectly functional!
The best cat litter I’ve ever come across. And I’m glad I “found” it. It smells pleasantly of wood, doesn’t create dust, and clumps brilliantly. My cat likes it. I dispose of the poo completely hassle-free in the toilet. However, I throw the “water balls” in the household rubbish out of concern for the drain. There’s no smell! And it’s very economical. Thank you for this product!

Not so great
The suction power is really very good, but our two scatter the litter all over the flat, even though both have very short hair. So, not again.

The Best
I’ve tried quite a few types of litter, and now we won’t be switching away from Cat's Best Öko Plus. By now, my whole family uses this litter. It controls odours, doesn’t create dust, clumps really well, and you can flush it down the toilet, which is super practical. Whenever one of the human housemates goes to the toilet, they check if there’s anything from the litter box that can be disposed of at the same time. This way, the litter box is always clean because everything gets flushed away immediately. We don’t need any extra flushes just for the cat litter.
Absolutely recommend it!!!

Extremely dusty, causes coughing
The litter really has excellent absorbency, but everything else that’s advertised is not true.
It doesn’t smell pleasantly of spruce or anything like that; instead, it smells more like a DIY store where plywood is being cut.
The worst part, however, is the dust when pouring it in and when burying the stool. Not only do I cough, but my cats do too. I wonder how such a health-hazardous product could even be approved.
I will never buy it again.

Highly recommended
Hello to all those searching,
I have two diggers at home, my cats, and so far I've tried the following litters with corresponding results (my review is too long, so there will be a second review afterwards covering the previous litters):
- Cat's Best Öko Plus: Highly recommended!
I first bought the 4.5 kg bag to try it out and was immediately impressed. I thought this stuff wouldn't last a week... but it lasts and lasts and lasts. A+ for its longevity!
What does this cat litter smell like? Not like vanilla or lemon or baby powder... it smells like wood shavings, and it's quite pleasant.
The clumping properties also convinced me, even though at first I found it a bit odd that the clumps of cat urine had the consistency of chewy gum or something similar. But the clumps hold together incredibly well.
After testing it, I immediately ordered the 18 kg bag... and it just won't run out! I've been using this bag for a month now and still have more than half of the litter left. The litter itself is, of course, much coarser than the micro-litters I used before, but it can be cleaned wonderfully with a large scoop. After one week, I need to top it up, and after two weeks, it needs to be replaced (quick note: I'm very sensitive to smells, so this speaks highly of the litter). Clumping properties get an A-. To get an A or A+, the litter would need to absorb and bind the urine a bit faster. And it's happened often enough that when I tried to dig out the corners of the litter box, I ended up stabbing straight into still-wet pee clumps ^^.
Now for the downside of this litter: maybe it's due to the size of the granules, but it seems to stick to their paws more than the previously mentioned litters. Because of this, I'm deducting an entire star, as I can pinpoint exactly where my cats have been in the flat. All over the laminate flooring, the couch... it's EVERYWHERE.
Even though we're not talking about large amounts, my two boys spread it everywhere, and I've now developed a deep hatred for the vacuum cleaner. As soon as the flat is spotless, they head to the litter box, and the annoyance starts all over again.
Conclusion: Despite the litter being spread around my flat, it's an absolute recommendation to buy.
Although I still have plenty of this litter left, I'm now going to try Biokats Men and will also get Cat & Clean Brilliant Plus again for comparison. I remember not having as much of it scattered around the flat as with Cat's Best Öko Plus.
