I expected more for the price. Unfortunately, it doesn't clump optimally. The smell isn't any better than cheaper clumping litters. We clean the litter box every day, and every 3–4 weeks it gets a full clean. I've tested it now, but I won't be buying it again.

I still think it's very good, even though the dust factor is now present. But it stays within limits. It clumps wonderfully, smells pleasant, and controls odours well. With six cat bums, you need something good. We've been using it for many years now, and we'll continue to buy it.

I am very satisfied with the litter. It clumps really well, and nothing falls apart for me. I can't notice any changes in the quality. It also doesn't create dust for me, unlike what others have criticised.

At first, I thought it was great, but I feel that the quality has declined. It no longer clumps properly, crumbles a lot, and is somewhat dusty too. Otherwise, it has almost no noticeable smell, and the price-performance ratio is still good.

The litter absorbs the waste very well. With daily cleaning, the dust levels are still quite acceptable after a week, though naturally, they increase with continued use over time. The odour control is flawless. Compared to other litters, our cats tend to have less litter sticking to their paws.

Tried this on a trial basis looking for a clumping litter that didn't leave a pastey mess when the clumps where removed or fall apart when scooped. Firm wee patties are easily lifted from the fine grains, no wetness left behind like other clumping litters, was very concerned I had bought a perfumed one by accident, thinking it would be over powering and put our little man off but no, he took to it straight away and the scent is minimal luckily. It's like scooping stones out of dry sand, satisfying

I've been using this litter for a long time and I'm very satisfied. I clean my cat litter boxes every two days, and I find it binds odours really well compared to other litters. Even if you don't clean it for more than two days, you can hardly smell anything.

It smells lovely, covers the our really well, clamps really quickly and lasts long due to the texture. My cat loves it.

After initially dealing with extremely dusty and smelly cat litter boxes, I finally found salvation! For over 2 years now, I’ve only been using Care Fresh. My cat never complains, and I no longer have any issues with my breathing. We had some other brands before, but my cat kept sneezing constantly, and I ended up with shortness of breath. It clumps well and produces very little dust.

I've been buying this cat litter for a very long time. However, the last few deliveries have changed a lot, as it no longer clumps well. The clumps fall apart.

Previously, we used pellets for the cat litter boxes until the cats stopped accepting them. We then switched to this cat litter and are now ordering it for the third time. With two cats in the house, you don’t smell a thing. It absorbs well and locks in odours. I can’t understand some of the negative reviews.

We (4 cats), my mum (2 cats), my grandparents (2 cats) swear by this litter. It's very efficient and smells amazing. Combined with the baby powder deodoriser from Tigerino, it's an absolute hero. It smells really lovely, and visitors often compliment us on the scent. It's often mistaken for freshly washed laundry, which is always funny when we explain that it's actually the cat litter that smells so good.
