What happened?
I agree with the latest reviews, the product is no longer the same, doesnt clump as good as it did before and became very dusty, I can literally see the cloud of dust rising every time I am cleaning the tray. So disappointing, I thought I finally found the great litter, obviously will need to find a new one.

This litter smells really nice and clumps really well on day 1 and that's it. It doesn't clump after a few days and leaves a very strong ammonia smell despite scooping the waste out everyday. Won't buy again!

No longer the same
Its no longer the same.and this is just my 3rd order.the very first one I was amazed very fine,the clay are even shiny and you can feel the aloe Vera on it, the fresh smell.now its gone,rough and more dusty.and I've ordered 6 bags lately..I'll be checking on other brand again.I only want the best for my 2 babies

I left a review for this litter a couple of years ago as it used to be amazing and one of my top picks for my 5 cat household (strong clumping, good odour control). Unfortunately over the past 6 months I've noticed a complete change. It no longer seems to clump at all! The clumps crumble apart when you try to scoop/sift them so lots of wet litter ends up back in the tray, and after a few days the stench of cat pee from the tray is the worst I've experienced with ANY litter! What happened!? :(

Will not buy anything else
This litter is great. Masks odours so well and smells fresh even when scooping out the clumps when other litters have turned my stomach at the smell. Some of the clumps do break up, but I’ve had to buy a metal scoop as it generally creates quite big clumps that plastic scoops have broken with!
Brilliant litter and will not go anywhere else for any other brand from now :)

I have a multi cat household and cater for different needs of my cats ,i have just started using this one and found that like with all clumping litters you must have it deep to get the full potential of use ,it really hides the smells but with 12 cats i do skip out 2 daily ,i have found it cost effective and cats have given it the thumbs up .

Bought as lead to believe it’s low dust ... it’s not!
Bought for my asthmatic cat as need a low dust litter. Absolute plume of dust came off the litter tray. Had to open the windows to clear the dust. Made me cough let alone the cat.
Straight in the bin and the rest can go to a shelter. Absolute rubbish!!!!!

I believe that it is the best and most efficient litter I have had and I have checked many species. It clumps very well, although I noticed that it depends on ... the cat. I have two sterilized cats. The urine of one of them clumps perfectly, unfortunately the other does not. The lumps are falling apart, so I guess it depends on the chemistry of the urine. I will add that both cats are healthy.
Great for cat with Asthma
My cat has asthma and needs a low dust cat litter. This is the only one she likes (trust me I've gone through 20 different brands) and there are no nasty smells!! Lasts for 1 month.

It has its moments!
I’m on my second bag of this litter now. I was looking for a good clumping litter that masked odours. This litter is fantastic at masking odour, I wouldn’t have known it had been used if I didn’t check it. It’s clumping function is poor. It all sticks to the bottom of the tray and is just a soggy mess once my cat has peed. I had to change the litter each day therefore wasn’t great for the money - cheaper options I’ve tried have been better.

We tried this as we had originally used the natural catsan product and it was great at clumping & oder control, but it was going to be quite costly so after looking at the reviews we tried this one.
The cats seem to like it, it covers the smell, clumps well. Tracks a little but we don't notice it as much as the wood pellets. I brought 2 packs and after two weeks we still have half a pack left. We clean the wees & poos daily and will now be doing a full refresh every 2 weeks. Thumbs up from us!

Great stuff
It’s odd to be so excited about cat litter but this stuff is great. It smells lovely, keeps the odours at bay, clumps nicely and clumps are easy to remove. Sometimes it gets stuck to the litter tray but it’s because of the amount of pee my cat produces. It seems to last as well. I used tigero silica litter but it got more expensive so I gave biokat a try. Both litters are great and both have their unique properties but at least biokat isn’t a LEGO when I step on some pieces :)

I have tried all the different Cat Litters and this beats them all. It is so easy to remove Cat waste and it clumps really well making it easy to remove without scrapping. I will stick with this one.

I have 7 cats and I used this litter first and again I will say it's awesome I am not sure the people who wrote bad reviews have even used this litter because in my eyes it's awesome stuff and well worth the money . . . . If you do have alot of cats like myself then i suggest getting the multi cat litter as that is awesome.

Dreadful stuff
If I could would have given no stars. It does track, it does smell and doesn't clump goes into a solid mud on tray base and breaks up when I try to remove it, thus making a mess of the rest of the litter. Won't be ordering again.

Absolutely the best cat litter
I've tried loads of different cat litters and with all of them, it starts to smell after a while. With this cat litter, our loo stays odourless – the key is using it properly: you need a good thick layer, about 10cm, so the urine doesn't seep to the bottom but gets absorbed first! Honestly, it's one of a kind!

Excellent odour control
We have four tomcats and five litter boxes. The litter clumps really well—you just have to remove the clumps carefully, then it’s no problem. It’s very economical; you can top it up often as long as you clean it regularly.
Yes, it does get dusty. But not nearly as bad as some people here make it out to be.
The only thing that really bothers me—it gets absolutely everywhere. So the hoover is always in use, because they always have it on their paws and spread it around.

Cheap rubbish
