I’ve used several biokat litters over the years and thought I’d try Diamond Care based on its excellent reviews. On the plus side, it clumps really well and doesn’t break up when cleaning the tray. But there is one huge negative that is a deal breaker for me. It travels. And when I say travels, I mean it really travels. I was constantly sweeping up tiny particles of litter from all across my kitchen floor. Absolute nightmare and I’ll be going back to the larger particle litters I’ve used before.

Our elderly cat had never been keen on using a litter tray but even after 17 years of problems when I tried this he never looked back. He used it all the time despite being terminally ill. The new cat was sent home from the shelter with her "favourite" litter. She took one sniff of that and went to the box containing this wonderful stuff. Add to the above view of expert cats the fact it lasts for ages it us far less expensive that it looks at first glance.

I can really recommend this litter! It clumps well, doesn’t create dust, and my flat doesn’t smell. The scent is pleasant and not too strong.

After endlessly trying out different options on the shelves to find the best litter, there were some great ones, but none as brilliant as this. It didn’t scream “cat”. Every day, scoop out all the solid bits and add a shovel of fresh litter – it lasts a good 10 days until the full clean.

I have used this litter for my cats, and I have to say, it is turning into a wet gooey mess and sticking to bottom of litter tray. Has the ingredients been changed? It takes a while to scoop ot all up, is mot pleasant.

We've had our cats for 2 years now and have always used the hygiene litter from Catsan. At some point, we ordered this one and we absolutely love it. In terms of value for money, it's excellent. Highly recommend it 👍🏻

At first, we found the litter very appealing because it contains activated charcoal and is supposed to reduce odours. We really like the granularity and the light baby powder scent, but it does produce a bit of dust. What’s absolutely unacceptable, though, is the clumping. The urine doesn’t clump properly, so it stays mushy on top. Our cat stepped in it with his paws and, of course, spread it all over the house.

One of the worst types of litter for us. After a week, the flat reeked of cat litter, with 2 cats and two XXL litter boxes. Since it’s bentonite, completely cleaning two XXL boxes after just one week is a very frustrating task. Bought it once and never again.

For years, this has been the litter for our little guy – there’s nothing better!

I’ve tried so many clumping litters and this is always the one I go back to. It holds clumps well, smells good and doesn’t cost too much, I think this is definitely going to be my permanent cat litter because nothing else is as good as this one is.

I expected more for the price. Unfortunately, it doesn't clump optimally. The smell isn't any better than cheaper clumping litters. We clean the litter box every day, and every 3–4 weeks it gets a full clean. I've tested it now, but I won't be buying it again.

I still think it's very good, even though the dust factor is now present. But it stays within limits. It clumps wonderfully, smells pleasant, and controls odours well. With six cat bums, you need something good. We've been using it for many years now, and we'll continue to buy it.

I am very satisfied with the litter. It clumps really well, and nothing falls apart for me. I can't notice any changes in the quality. It also doesn't create dust for me, unlike what others have criticised.

So far, the best cat litter in terms of price and performance. Stays smelling good for quite a long time.
