Lethargy
I bought the diffuser at my vet clinic for my 7 yrs old cat who shows sign of anxiety when I go away. I put it in last week and 2 days later my cat started acting weird and being lethargic. The following day he was barely moving, stopped meowing completely (which is very unusual for a Siamese) and looked very nervous. The first thought was the he was sick, but we took the diffuser away and the next morning he was starting to behave more like himself again and 24hrs later he was totally fine.

Big Mistake
I know this product works for some cats but for mine it did not. My normally very nervous cat, whom I bought this for turned into a complete psychopath when this was plugged in, attacking and bullying my other cat (completely against normal behaviour). I unplugged the unit separated them this fixed the problem within 24 hours. I would rather deal with his nervousness. I know there are great reviews and a lot of cats are helped by this but please be aware its not always the case.

Have owned numerous cats, but latest kitten was hyperactive - Feliway was recommended. Brilliant! I used to dread mornings to see what he'd wrecked overnight! He's now a gentle loving cat. Thankyou Feliway you've saved my sanity!

Yup. This works.
I have big, powerful sibling cats who get very cross when wet or wintry weather keeps them inside. They spend their time squabbling and fighting. Sometimes, in the past, they have hurt each other out of pure boredom.
Now I restrict them to the kitchen at night,
(with cat-flap to outside) but the build-up of (to me) scentless Feliways calms them down. They hardly even bicker now!
I know it IS the Feliways as we ran out recently and they went back to their old war-like ways within 6 days.
Don't despair if the stuff doesn't work straight away; worth waiting about a week.

The product I've been searching for!
My 20 week old kitten has anxiety issues due to him being taken from mum at 5 weeks. He is very clingy, needy and gets stressed out very easily. A recent trip to the vet for neutering resulted in him repeatedly peeing on my bed and fighting between my two. A trip back to the vets to rule out a UTI and he recommended Feliway. I was dubious, how can something you plug in to your wall help combat my cat peeing on my bed?!? But I am so happy with the product! Both of my cats are so much more relaxed and not a single wee on the bed or scrap. I'm just sad I didn't find out about this product when he was first with me as I'm confident it would have relieved sooo much stress.

Amazing results!
After a two week stay at a cattery, a first time for all our cats, two of them had started getting a bit rough with each other. We didn't know what to do but Feliway was recommended and we decided to give it a try. We only bought one for the whole of the house and I was uncertain if it would work, but around 5 days after it had been plugged in the fighting stopped. Now it's only playful fighting following by them snuggling up to each other like they did before.

Unbelievable!
Having read the varying opinions in the reviews, I decided to give Feliway a go, as I have recently taken in a stray cat & already have a well-established, Oriental girl who hates new-comers. Result! No fighting & no furniture-clawing (which stopped the very day I first plugged Feliway in). It's like magic! Not saying they are best friends just yet, but they are both sleeping on the bed next to me without scratching each other's eyes out. One tip: you need a Feliway diffuser plugged in for EACH LEVEL of your home.

So pleased
bought it when I first got my girl and then again when I got my boy and then when we moved house thinking we only need it for stressful times but it's a fantastic product to use permanently. it lasts so long and makes such an enormous difference to my indoor Bengal cats. My boy has some separational anxiety from the first person who bought him from the breeder and didn't want him. They must have shut him in a room for long periods because as soon as a door is closed he cries like a baby. My girl is very skittish and nervous usually. After this has been plugged in I notice a difference right away. After a few hours they're very happy cats. My girl isn't jumping at every little noise from outside. She's much more actively playing, rubbing her face on things and generally being very happy - she is usually nervous during the day and more active and loving at night when the house is quieter but with this she's the same all day long. My boy doesn't cry half as much if I have to close a door (with them being indoor cats I do have to shut them away to safely open the front door etc) and he doesn't get spiteful about it either (he's been known to bite me -not hard but just because he doesn't want to be left). Absolutely fantastic product. you wouldn't believe such a small thing could make such an enormous difference. Definitely recommend.

better without adapter
Feliway is a marvellous product and I would not do without it in my multicat household. I must say I was disappointed this time as I usually just buy the refills but this time bought a new diffuser. I did not read all the notes and just assumed it was for the Uk. When I received it today it came with an adapter as it has a European plug on the diffuser. Not happy really but my fault for not reading it all. The product delivery and service from zooplus are brilliant .

5 for the product 2 for the supply
Feliway is a brilliant product,I have used it successfully for years with many of my cats and it really works. 5 STAR all the way.
The 2 STAR part of my rating is because this supplier sends out Mainland European Feliway packs, which provide instructions in many languages, but none of them ENGLISH.
I have spoken with Feliway re this and they have said they will contact the supplier to try to ensure that UK customers receive packs with English instructions.
It was not a problem for me, as I have used the product for years, as stated above. However, for a first time user, it is disappointing to receive a pack with no instructions.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT
I used to buy this in spray form only from the Vet, but was amazed at the savings from Zooplus. I now buy this in Spray, Diffuser and Diffuser Refill form from Zooplus; I can afford all three with their marvellous discounted prices!
Feliway in all formats has helped my cat Gracie to settle down so much - she was having many problems with a newly moved in ginger tom next door who was invading her territory. But now she is back to her usual loving self.

Definitely worth having!
I bought this from a store (much cheaper on zooplus so have now purchased from yourselves!) when I first got my bengal kitten as she is very skittish. I then (unplanned) got another bengal and I feel it really helped them to get along.
I then ran out of the product and noticed an enormous difference with my boy. He is very excitable and mischievous which is absolutely fine with me except for when he's pinning my girl down who is half his size (they're both done). He's not aggressive just very playful and doesn't realize his own strength. Even just after a few hours of having it plugged back in upstairs and downstairs he's treating her nicely again :) and she seems relaxed again :)
the bottles last for a really long time so they work out good value for money too especially from here. The one I bought from a different shop was beige and had a UK plug whereas the one I bought from here was a lovely purple colour with a UK plug adapter.

Has made no difference to our stressed cat
We have a 14 year old ginger cat who was badly treated by previous owners in his youth and who tends to get very stressed very quickly. Having read the many positive reviews on here, I decided to give this a go, but one month on, I'm sad to report I haven't noticed any difference in his behaviour at all.

It Works
We have a 17 year old cat who was used to being the only cat for many years. Eventually, the ex-stray cat who had been fed and sheltered in the garden for a long time was brought inside to live with us once neutered. Needless to say, even though the old cat was familiar with the stray - who isn't even dominant - he became unhappy and stressed. It was an anxious time for us all until we invested in a couple of Feliway diffusers. Took a bit of time to take effect but it certainly seemed to calm things down and the old cat regained his confidence and was calmer. Interesting to note is if we let the diffuser run out without refilling, it does have an effect on our older cat and he becomes anxious & stressed again. Have now learnt to keep a spare refill in stock !

Did the job in a week
Hi
Our female cat of 2yrs has lived with our male cat for 4 mths and at the age of 7mths we took the male cat to be neutered after 2 days our female cat was fighting with the male cat and did not like him any more.
I think female cat could smell blood on the male cat so we separated them, another 4 days went by and still female cat had problems with male.We plugged the feliway in and after letting them see other for a couple of days through the safety of a door being opened just enough for them to smell each other. It took 4 days with the feliway to get the female and male cat back to loving each other again :)
Thank you so much feliway you helped us in our hours of need, i suffer with Asthma but it did not affect mine although i did notice my Sinusitis was affected by this feliway when plugged in, my nasal passages were alot more sore and sneezing more often, i did put up with it until the cats became loving again and once feliway was unplugged my sinus are much better.
I have now saved the unused feliway and will use when we go on holiday and any other stressful times that may arrive.
Overall very pleased and although it is a tad expensive its well worth the money, i would have paid alot more to get my cats back to loving each other and believe me we tried everything this is the only thing that worked for us and out 2 cats.

Took a while to work
This product is brilliant and has helped destress my cats.
You need to leave it a week or so to see the results (it's not instant) but it is worth it.

Wonderful
Bought this and a spray as getting a new kitten and its mother and was worried about my existing cat. Was not a believer but have been converted as this was the easiest introduction of cats I have ever had.

Calmed a stressed stray
I've just moved into a new house, and taken the large stray tom I had started feeding with me. Although he's used to spending most of his days outdoors, he did come inside for meals and naps. Now he's locked indoors for the first time in his life, while I keep him in for the recommended 4 weeks it takes to get cats used to a new home. He's been very stressed - and even hurt himself trying to squeeze through the letterbox. The Feliway diffuser made no difference at all, but the Feliway spray seems to have made him much calmer. He still sits at the window sometimes, but there is no crying or scrabbling, and no Houdini-style escape attempts. It's definitely worth a try!
