My cat has been sprayed from stress he still spraying after using feliway for over week, I do not recommend, waste of money

Save your money, definitely didn’t work for my cats. Was recommended by my vets.

We plugged in three around the house a week before Bonfire Night. Poor Teddy went nuts. He prowled nonstop, poking his head into everything, climbing furniture and searching, searching. He was so anxious and desperate we were going to take him to the vets. Turned out he was looking for another cat as the smell is cat pheromones. We felt awful as he had no rest for days until we realised how the Feliway was affecting him. Binned the diffusers and he was back to our loving boy. Our poor baby.

Omg AWFUL DON'T BUY.. I bought as a xmas treat to make everything extra homely for the cats. Since I plugged it in day1 even though I'd just put fresh litter in the tray i woke in the night to find he had cr@pped on the floor and pissed in another room. And it's getting worse the longer its in. Also hissing at my other cat now. And my girl cats acting crazy constantly moaning unhappy at me. I've unplugged it & hope it won't have caused lasting behaviour problems

We got one after our older cat became aggressive towards our new kitten. The diffuser made no difference at all, if anything our older cat became more aggressive. It clearly does not work for all cats.

Sheer waste of money any of their products, I tried 3 types including one to calm on journeys. Never again!!!

Personally, each time I use it, it makes ME drowsy and lethargic and I can feel it affecting my chest. Made not the slightest difference to my two cats. After turning it off, within a day I feel better and back to my normal self very strange.

Could not use as the little stick was broken so it did not touch the part of the diffuser.

I tried feliway for my cat due to one episode of inappropriate urination. Within 6 hours my cat became aggressive towards me and bit me, while I was near the diffuser. This was totally out of character. I removed the feliway and thankfully my lovely cat settled back to normal within 12 hours or so. The inappropriate urination was only one off. I believe my tomboy got territorial aggression due to sensing different cat pheromones in the house.

Read mixed reviews about it, thought I'd try and it made my cat worse if anything - I'm sure it's good fro some, but not in this instance.

Unfortunately difiuser is not working for my 2 cats at all :(

I’ve had Feliway in the past and it seemed to help my cat through stressful situations such as building works, but the latest order smelt different (previously I could never smell it). Within minutes of it being plugged in, my cat was stressed, pacing, growling, spraying outside of the litter box and seemingly looking everywhere for the intruder. As soon as I turned it off, she started to settle.

After 30 minutes my cat cat was a nervous wreck. He thought another cat was in the house and spent all night anxiously looking for the intruder.

I bought this product in having high hopes but it hasn’t worked at all and it is set up correctly and near where my cats spend most of their time I have 5 cats and it has not worked on even one of them they are still scratching and fighting with each other So for me is a no no will be looking for alternatives though

10 days on, no reduction in spraying by an anxious 7 yr old neutered male cat

I bought the diffuser at my vet clinic for my 7 yrs old cat who shows sign of anxiety when I go away. I put it in last week and 2 days later my cat started acting weird and being lethargic. The following day he was barely moving, stopped meowing completely (which is very unusual for a Siamese) and looked very nervous. The first thought was the he was sick, but we took the diffuser away and the next morning he was starting to behave more like himself again and 24hrs later he was totally fine.

I know this product works for some cats but for mine it did not. My normally very nervous cat, whom I bought this for turned into a complete psychopath when this was plugged in, attacking and bullying my other cat (completely against normal behaviour). I unplugged the unit separated them this fixed the problem within 24 hours. I would rather deal with his nervousness. I know there are great reviews and a lot of cats are helped by this but please be aware its not always the case.

We have a 14 year old ginger cat who was badly treated by previous owners in his youth and who tends to get very stressed very quickly. Having read the many positive reviews on here, I decided to give this a go, but one month on, I'm sad to report I haven't noticed any difference in his behaviour at all.

Bought this for my two rescue cats after reading all the fantastic reviews. I have a male and elderly female who do not get on with each other at all. Five days later and haven't seen any change in behaviour whatsoever!
