My human bought this for me. Apparently I was leaving fur everywhere. I have to say though it’s really got rid of my knots in my under fur and I’m so much more comfy. I think it’s probably going to be great in hot weather to.

This is THE best comb around! The amount of fur I get off my boy is crazy! So easy to use and he likes it too!

definitely the best, as everybody says, tho I have a medium size british cat, medium hair and I couldn't imagine the waste of time brushing it with the small size brush, large is just perfect. I also went for the long hair one and I think is just perfect.

Bought this to do a better job at fur control for my small short hair cat. WOW,,this tool is Amazing,,does the Best job of fur removal of Any other tool I've used. I would Highly Recommend this product!

The Furminator has made a massive difference in the amount of hair my Birman cat sheds and I would whole heartedly recommend you buy this! I often work from home with the cat on my lap and her (white) hair used to go all over my (black) keyboard, phone and other office equipment. I have noticed a huge difference to this since using the Furminator. You won't regret buying it and my kitten even purrs as I brush her!

Never bother leaving reviews but this is wonderful!! My cat sheds sooooooo much and the house gets covered top to bottom in fluff! But this removed so much of the loose hair. Couldn't believe it. Needed treats to let me groom her at first as she not used to it. But no objection once the dreamies came out!! Well worth the extra spend.

I will echo another reviewer who said they had avoided getting the furminator because it seemed a bit pricey. More expensive than an ordinary pet comb it may be but it's no ordinary comb. I've have just used it for the first time on my two Birmans and I was amazed at the quantity of fur that came away. I really feel it shows almost immediately, that is their coat looks to lay smoother and I should imagine once they've been throughly combed all over it will be much easier to keep on top of their grooming. Hoping for less hair balls in them and the vacuum cleaner in future.

I have two semi-long hairs and who shed and chase each other and play (and fight) a lot which normally results in a flurry of fur everywhere – normally it starts accumulating straight after I’ve hoovered. Just brushing them with this once a week has made a huge difference to the amount of fur everywhere. I think you really have to see it to believe it but the amount of fur I got off them after a quick brush was shocking - it would have taken me much, much longer to get that amount with their usual brushes. They both love being brushed and enjoy being groomed with this tool too, which did surprise me a bit because it seems pretty heavy duty. I bought this at half price and I’m not sure I would have bought it at full price but now I can totally see why it’s pricey and I think if you have the money it is worth it. My cats love it, it’s efficient, effective, their coats look beautiful and no more hairballs (I have been feeding James Wellbeloved adult hairball too and have seen a massive improvement in the hairball situation – all round happy cats).

This is a fantastic product, the amount of excess fur it removes has to be seen to be believed. My two Ragdolls are suffering alot less with hair balls since I started using the FURminator. I am so glad I spent the extra money on the FURminator.

This is brilliant. I have 13 year old Norwegian Forest and the last few winters she's been developing deep knots in her fur. THIS actually moves them - I'm delighted.

My cats all go outside and using this has significantly decreased the sheading of their hair in the house and it leaves their coats looking fantastic! Expensive but well worth the money
