I ordered this bed on Friday and it was here the following day. I liked the concept of it and it seemed ideal for my cats need. It is a luxurious bed and very sturdy. There were no fixings that came with it, which was dissapointing and had caused me problems attaching it to the wall. Even a handyman came out to do the job for me, i thought that would be a safer option. As soon as he left i examined it and hey presto!!! It fell off my wall.Needs more support than 2 screws in the wall. A bit dissapointed

Cats love it but so annoying there are no screws….

Goods received, well packaged. Item was easy to put up and has finished off my office at home to all my cat to be with me whilst working. The item doesn’t come with any fixings but we made sue we purchased correct ones for the wall we mounted it to.

Great design and very sturdy. My cat loves it, so that's a good sign. That would have earned it five stars. I had to add a third screw because the bed seemed to be coming away from the wall, even though I had really tightened the screws. Maybe the wood is too soft. Despite that, I would definitely recommend it, as would Gizmo.

I loved the item but it's yet to go on the wall as we didn't appear to get any screws or way of fixing it up there! Is it meant to come with them or do we need to buy our own?

we brought two of these beds. One for each of our cats knowing that they would not be willing to share one. However on arrival one was damaged. after taking a picture and contacting customer service they quickly offered to send another and was shipped straight out. We are so happy with them and so are the cats although they both choose to go for the same one constantly. I love the fact that they velcro on and off easily so that they can be washed although it could do with a little more padding.

I varnished my shelf to match my decor, and my 2 little cats enjoy lounging, and looking out from it. I have placed it on the side of my staircase, next to a cat tree, as an alternative route for them going up and down the stairs, prevents a crossover, and provides them with their own space and scent, and a nice vantage point to look at both doors and the lounge. The seam on the bed was on the inside, I stitched the roll down over the seam, so it is hidden and smooth - hence only 4 stars
