Natural Paradise Wall-Mounted Bed - Dahlia

I have purchased this item twice before and loved it for the ergomics of how it looked, but also the excellent quality for the price. Our two Bangals love the perches, .....so I ordered a third one recently , and I have to say that I was disappointed my the quality which was not the same. The plywood is a cheaper brand, and the base came away from the wall mount, because the staples just pulled out from the wall mount. Very disappointing, no longer value for money.

Although the wooden shelf part is sturdy and strong, the bed is poor. Very thin and poor quality. I shall have to replace this part for a cushion.

The bed is comfortable and my cats liked it, but after a short time it started to give way and became dangerous. It almost fell off the wall. The wall fitting should be bigger and safer to withstand the cats' movements. I had to put it away because it can't be used.

The slats of the little hut keep popping out of place. Because of this, the scratching post loses its stability... This wasn't the case with my old one.

Nice-looking scratching post design-wise, but the cushion doesn't stay in place at all. I had to nail it down to the wooden board underneath to stop my cat from falling off... so the price and quality don't really match up.

We bought this model back in 2016 and were absolutely delighted with it. After almost 10 years of use by our two big BKH tomcats, we had to get a new one last year. The quality isn’t even close to what it was 10 years ago. Already, after just a few months of use, the fabric is really worn out and full of holes in places. The base plate is also extremely wobbly and much less stable. We’re very disappointed.

We assembled the product for our Ragdoll kitten, but we noticed that it’s not steady at all. The bottom board wasn’t well made and there’s a slight curve in it, which makes it unstable.

I first bought this scratching post about 10 years ago. During that time, I replaced two columns. Now, since the cushions on the old tree broke and several columns needed replacing, I decided to just buy a new tree. That was a mistake. The new tree has lost a lot of quality. The wooden boards are thinner, so it’s lighter and not as stable as before. It’s no longer suitable for my Ragdolls.

My two cats loved it, but unfortunately today when they jumped on it to say hello, they fell because it’s not stable. Luckily they’re fine, but the scratching post broke between two of the cylinders.
