The bed is lovely but the glass disc is extremely fragile. The glass disc shattered which Zooplus replaced. However, the replacement glass disc shattered recently but Zooplus wouldn’t replace as it was out of warranty. We offered to buy the glass disc but Zooplus do not sell the glass discs separately. Very disappointed as our cat Millie loves the bed but can no longer use it.

I'm on my second one of these within 2 weeks. The glass disc which holds the plastic upper section to the metal lower section shattered within a week of purchase the first time around and the replacement disc also started to crack as I tightened the fixing nut. I had to pad it with cardboard to prevent metal and glass coming into contact but seems like a serious design flaw to me. Its a shame as the bed looks really good and our pug loves it.
