I have a 14 year old diabetic cat who got fed up with bland diabetic cat food. This food is high protein, grain free, low carbs and no sugar. It has a nice meaty texture (not mush) It's definitely his favourite of all I've tried and it hasn't upset his diabetes at all.

Cats are known to be fussy, however with this food, he took to it straight away. He ate the whole bowl without coming up for air. Yay, happy cat = happy me >^..^<

This seems like a really good quality cat good. My boy really likes it, it’s nice & chunky, more like a terrine than a pate.
