Large plastic chuncks in each tray - choking hazard
I was told these are stomach lining peices and that they can go hard and turn grey or blue, but im sorry - these can only be cut by scissors with a struggle so whatever they are, they are a choking hazard for cats. Don't buy.

Very unimpressed cat, left it and walked off
Had to mash it down for the cat, put the bowl down and she looked at me and said you must be joking and walked off, good job it was a freebie with the points as our cat was not impressed!!

Bad quality control
Such a shame as my cat loves it, but I have to mash all the receipes that have chicken in them as they all seem to have these rock hard, sharp grey bits in them and try and get them all out. Back to the hunt of trying to find good food for my cat.

Cats refusing to eat it.
Brought the 48 trial pack. As my cat has an allergy to whats in certain cheap brand foods. My cat usually loves fish so left that flavour till last to try. His had 1 of each flavour now in his bowl to which his refused to touch any of it. Now we have to try to find him something else as his refused to eat it. It stinks as well.

wouldn't even taste it!
It looked & smelt good to me but I'm not a cat. I ended up passing this on to my daughter and her cats wouldn't eat it. She has now passed it onto a cat sanctuary where I hope it will be eaten. I think my geriatric cat just loves tuna with plenty of juice or jelly.

Needs more quality control
I’m very sad to be writing this as I really wanted to give this food a benefit of the doubt but unfortunately I can’t. I previously found small pieces of (presumably) fish bone and this time the majority of the packs had massive hard bone/cartilage pieces that were a massive choking hazard. The cats like the taste but I can’t risk their safety with this food.

Appalling quality
This used to be a firm hit. All flavours were loved by both cats. Then the 'texture/appearance' changed, presumably the recipe, and then two flavours weren't touched.
Lately, the last two have been so full of 'bits', of what I don't know, that I wouldn't try to feed them to pigs. The bits seem to be black/grey 'skin-like' pieces that I can't even cut with a sharp knife. Our youngest cat will eat anything (think- feline labrador) and even he won't touch them now.
Don't buy it, it's garbage.

Thumbs down from domestic & feral (!) cats.
To me this catfood does not look or smell any different from other brands; however, my 2 domestic & 2 feral cats refused to eat it, though 1 feral did... But 1 out of 5 is not good enough.

Careful pieces of bones inside
Ordered 16 mixed pack.
Each pack with Turkey contained boiled hard pieces of bones - went stright into the trashbag.
Bones were hard, sharp and plentiful.
Be aware! Mash any examine each pack before giving it to your cat.

Just woeful
I have bought many brands of so called premium food.
This stuff is truly awful. Absolutely stinks when opened. Both my cats refuse to eat it. Even the 4 cats that visit my house who are not fussy will not touch it. I Cannae believe the smell when the cartons are opened. I have to fumigate downstairs. The other soup packs I ordered are woeful as well. They dress them up as high quality ingredients. They are just awful.

Wouldn’t even sniff it
My 2 admittedly are quite fussy so I thought I’d try this for a change. They wouldn’t go near it, it does seem quite solid, I mashed it up but that made no difference.
Bought a bulk pack which I regret, but the fox is happy.

Bad batch
My cat isn’t fussy at all, we have ordered this many times before however this pack smells funny and our cat won’t touch it. He has licked one bit and vomited after. I won’t be ordering this again.

Made my cat retch!
Sadly, because the food smelled good, my cat didn't like it at all. She's usually very easy to introduce new foods to, but this one made her lick her lips, obsessively wash her face and chest, and stick her tongue out as if she was going to vomit. (She didn't, fortunately, but I think she felt very nauseous.) The food was very oily. I had to clean her mouth and face with a damp tissue - and she'd only eaten a small sliver (mixed with her normal food) !
Definitely a thumbs-down.

Contents have been changed
I bought the trial pack when this were first released as I liked the ingredients. My cats loved them all, the food was sloppy and you could see that it had a high oil content which was good. I then bought a 40 pack, but the texture is now very solid, there’s no oil and it smells revolting. Both of my cats recoil when I put it down. All boxes the same. The recipe / contents have 100% been changed.

Cats wouldn't touch it
The ingredients in this look great, so I was hoping my cats would like it. However, they wouldn't touch it. It smells just like Whiskas, which is the cheaper food my cats used to eat, and subsequently become too good for when I got them higher meat stuff. I think this is why they don't want it. If you want to give this a go, definitely just get the pack of 4.

They hate it
Not one of my five will look at it. They would sooner starve. Am looking for a charity that might be able to make use of it.

Starved car won’t touch this
For my Ragdoll cat I can only score zero as even if I starve him off his Royal Canin dry food / purina gourmet pâté he won’t even lick this food. Looks at me like I’m trying to poison him! I bought every flavour after reading the reviews … so rather than waste it gave it away to two other moggie cat owners … all reporting a similar response! Recommend you buy a small trial before wasting your money. I don’t usually review but given my experience on fair to report my findings.

My cats hate it!
Both my cats refused this. I tried mixing it with their normal food, covering with dreamiest etc but they won’t touch it. I now have lots of this food going to waste.

Very Dissappointed
We have 3 cats, 2 female 1 year old Burmese and a 10 year old male moggy, this food might be eaten as a last resort come the end of the world. Literally turn there nose up and would rather go hungry, real shame.
