I would agree with the last review "Russian roulette". My latest batch of this product is not the same. My cats won't eat it. It is hard with jelly round the edges, and needs a lot of mashing up. My cats like the product when it is a soft pate texture, rather like the Gourmet Gold range which they also love. Very disappointing and I have contacted customer services.

We have been using this cat food on and off for 18 months or so and find there are effectively two different products sold under one label. The 'good' food is loved by the cats: it is very soft and darker in colour. This food is highly palatable and a great product. However I have also been supplied the 'bad' food: it is totally different - it is firm, not soft, it is a much a paler pink but most importantly, the cats absolutely hate it. A total waste of money.

Natures Menu was one of the preferred pate foods in my cattery. As soon as the product changed to tins instead of pouches, the menu was also changed. None of the cats will touch it!! Bring back the old recipe for Natures Menu and Natures Menu Country.

Smooth watery pat.Was using this company for long time and my cats loved. .Know they change recipe.The food looking like very cheap food.Looks like half meat and half water in the can.Will never buy from them.

Both my cats loved the Country Hunter pouches from this brand which are now discontinued. They are not keen on these tins at all due to it being the consistency of a very smooth watery pate. Will not buy again.

Both cats been super happy with the nature menu pouches for ages. Without notice they’ve changed the pouches to tins. On contacting them they say it’s only the packaging that’s changed but it’s clearly not true as the picked had a gravy and wet every moist whisky this stuff is a dry pate. Kats hate it and it seems an inferior product as well as being more expensive as the quantity in the cans is less than in the pouches.

My cats loved the Country Hunter but really dislike this one and won't eat it at all. I wish companies wold stop changing foods.
