Dangerous to Cats !
My 4 indoor cats had Felix 'As good as it looks' for 8 years, but started bad reaction after Felix changes. They had explosive watery dark brown stinking diarrhoea + vomiting (2 weeks) after a batch 05.2027 05/035/8000/ABP/PTF from Amazon (reported)
They had injections + treated for dehydration, despite all of them drinking a lot of water !! but having 5 diarrhoea episodes per day, each !
Stopped Felix for 9 days, only chicken broth+Purina One+ Iams, getting normal stool, no vomiting

Be careful
My cat used to love this food and ate it without any problems. Unfortunately, recently he has started refusing it completely. After eating it, he gets diarrhea and vomits, which never happened before. I’m really disappointed because this used to be his favorite food, and now I don’t know what to feed him anymore. I want to make it clear that this is not Zooplus fault, but an issue with the factory/manufacturer where this food is produced. Something must have changed in the production?

Has made my poor cat ill
Since my two sphynx cats have eaten this , they have been throwing up, one of them is very lethargic, I've had to change their food completely to a better quality brand, I don't even want to give them to my daughter who has 3 cats incase it makes them ill, a complete waste of my money and a very poorly cat! Thanks nestle!! For nothing!

Split pouches!
My last order had split pouches in it which had leaked all over the other pouches. It was the most foul smelling thing I'd ever come across. Had to throw the damaged ones out and spent ages cleaning and disinfecting the remaining ones. Also my 3 cats don't seem to like it as much as they did. Whats happened?

Ridiculous packaging
The cats like Felix, but what the hell is Purina doing with the packaging. The box is full of folded up cardboard, which is a real pain to rip out of the box, and like others, we find the odd split pouch so your ridiculous packaging is doing little to protect the contents. Whiskas manage to put theirs in a box with no superflous cardboard and we never get split pouches.

Split pouches and cat won't eat!
We could smell a rotten death smell it was awful. A few pouches had split a leaked over all the others, once I washed it all off (yuk) the cats still wouldn't go near the bowl and my cat ears like a horse. NOT IMPRESSED

Pouches Damaged and Foul Smelling
These used to be done, but my last delivery contained split pouches in not 1 or 2 of the boxes, but all 4 of the boxes. The smell is horrendous and means all 96 pouches have had to be binned. Have contacted zooplus to see what happens, but this isn't the usual high standard from either Purina or Zooplus.

Food has been making my cat sick
This food was initially OK, but then my cat started to vomit more. I took her to the vet a few times, and they thought my cat had a sensitive stomach so I had to change the food for a bit and then when I went back to the Felix from this website my cat started vomiting again. I bought the same Felix cat food from the supermarket and didn't have any problems. My cat did not vomit. I have stopped buying this food and It should stop being sold on this website.

Whats happened to this food!
What has happened to this food, none of my cats will eat it, I have always fed them this food for many years and usually they love it but not recently, they just walk away, if I buy it from my local store they eat it so the recipe must of changed in the Felix ordered from Zooplus, its a pity because Zooplus is better value for this food but not now if they wont eat it.

Cats know best
I have three cats who love Felix, As Good As it Gets.
However, none of them would touch it when I ordered it from Zooplus. I know cats can be fussy, but for them all to be of the same mind makes me think there must be something wrong with the batch I bought from Zooplus.
I bought some more from the supermarket and they ate every bit. I would like to know what could possibly be so different when it is marketed as the same product. Has anyone else had this happen? 😿

Beware!! The contents of the pouches are not the same even though the packaging is identical. Felix products are manufactured in several factories around Europe and although the company insist that the recipe used is consistent it is not. Sometimes the extruded lumps are mushed up into the so called jelly which is non existent and other times the lumps are clearly defined and the jelly copious and clear. Effectively different products are being marketed and sold as the same product.

Leaky and cars won’t eat it
My cats have always had this product. When I order from this website, you get German stock (language on box). So many have leaked, the stock has been off and smelt awful.
I’ve also had packs that have ballooned and one batch with a maggots starting. Assume fly got in!
If I buy it locally, the cats eat it. Price does not trump quality.
I thought I had bad luck And now I seem I’m one of many.

Something is not right, won't buy again.
Animals knows when something is up with their food. I have been buying Felix pouches for over 12 years and 8 with the same cats. I have one fussy and the other that eats anything and everything. They love felix but they won't touch the recent bulk felix boxes unless they are starved and would only half finish them, then one cat throws up the other attack us. The food smell bad, they leak, imo these bulk packs are definitely substandard or fake. I buy felix locally and not a grain is left!

has the recipe changed?
my 10 cats have gone from loving this food to totally turning their noses up at it. I am throwing most of it away each day. I have also had 4 boxes now where some pouches (usually tuna or beef) have been attacked by some sort of beetles. The stench on opening the box was disgusting, and there were discarded pupae skins in the box - the whole box has had to be thrown away.

Different ingredients?
My cats are not happy with the last large size box of Felix pouches. They have gone from good eaters to barely eating the food at all - had it been just one cat I would of thought she was being fussy. I bought a box from my local supermarket and they ate the lot!

Pouches produced in poland
My cats will not eat Felix fish selection in jelly unless it is produced in the UK. Most of the boxes in major supermarkets are now produced in Poland and my two cats will not go near it. They back off as if it is poison.
Getting desperate now to find UK boxes.

Something has changed cats are sick
Has something changed with the felix multi pack? My cats are toileting everywhere and one has just got sick everywhere today. I have come
Home this evening and she won’t eat she is normally first to the food bowl. Something doesn’t seem right.

BEWARE
Usually very happy with zooplus and order all cat food/items through here. Have ordered multipacks of Felix many times and cat has always eaten it without hesitation. The latest box, she has barely touched and is eating more dried food instead, but shehas also been sick about 4x now so I’m binning the entire lot.
Looking at other reviews, there seems to be a common theme with food from ZooPlus - not just Felix in particular..
Family member ordered Whiskas from zooplus and had same expierience

Cats wouldn't eat it
I agree with other reviews. I ordered this a few times no problem. The last batch I bought, both cats wouldn't eat it, even the strays I feed wouldn't eat it. They still eat Felix AGAIL from elsewhere, so definitely something has changed with the recipe on Zooplus. I was about to order some again thinking mine was just a bad batch but I see it's an ongoing problem so will avoid it for now till they sort it.

Cats stopped eating it!
Used to buy this all the time without problem but the last batch of 176 I bought the cats didn't eat half of them, I thought maybe just a bad batch ordered some more and they are not touching it at all, went to supermarket bought some more and they are eating it... I think something has changed with the recipe from wherever they are manufactured from on for this site as I now have about 250 pouches of food they won't touch!
