Cats are rebelling
There is something about this they don't like. My cats are not ones to leave food they will eat anything. Not this. Will not be buying them again

Damaged Pouches & Dodgy Smell
I've been buying this as my main cat food for the past 3 years, but the last couple of times I've ordered it, I've had to throw several pouches away because they've leaked. The seal in the bottom corners breaks, so I have to check every single pouch.
I've also noticed that on the rare occasion that I've had to buy Felix in small batches from the local shop, the product seems different and my cats have eaten it far more enthusiastically than normal. Disappointing!

Some pouches damaged
In the past this product has been great, but recently the boxes have been sub standard and I have had pouches that have clearly been collected from broken up boxes and some of the pouches are damaged and very smelly. They have had to be thrown away.

Should have read the other reviews
My cat loves Felix, she will still eat the smaller boxes from the local shop and when I get the massive 120 pack box from amazon. But this one she refused almost every single flavour. Chicken or Salmon are usually the favourites. So much went in the trash!! Awful!

Mila's Mum
We buy our Felix from Tesco and our cat won't eat the pouches from the big multipack of 40 either , especially the chicken ones. She will eat pouches from the small boxes though. She's had Felix all her life but I only started buying the big packs this year.

Cats aren't eating it either
Like other reviews, my cats have stopped eating this, for easily the last 2-3 months of orders. Massive wastage as throwing it out most of the time unfortunately.

Not the same Felix as uk
Second time I've bought Felix doubly delicious here, but again my cat won't touch it. Went to supermarket and bought same product and it's eaten straight away. Seems to be the food from abroad that is 'different' in some way. Won't buy again which is a pity as it was so handy getting a big box delivered, but no point if I'm throwing them in the bin.

Don't think its the same ingredients as UK packaging cats wouldn't eat it.
I bought this for my 5 cats they have always eaten this product. They refused to eat it apart from the initial few licks. I decided to buy it again from my local shop same product but packaging was written in English. All the cats finished the food as normal.

Different factory?
My four cats also stopped eating pouches from the multipacks, but they still eat the supermarket good as it looks.

Agree - somethings changed
My 2 cats have loved Felixstowe good as it gets for years and suddenly both have gone off certain flavours ("with salmon" & "with beef"won't touch them! Since early 2017 - not sure about the batch numbers as I normally buy in bulk but definitely since early 2017

Something has changed?
The last batch I ordered of 88 pouches the cats are not touching, my 2 cats normally gulp their food down but something is wrong with this batch, I bought a small box from a UK supermarket and they eat it without issue, so now I am having to mix the food 50/50 with the UK boxes and this 88 pouch box to get them to eat it... Not good at all not sure it's worth taking the risk to buy it again frankly.

Not the same Felix as you get in the UK
All 4 of my cats are (unfortunately!) addicted to AGAIL & I have always bought in Supermarkets until Zooplus had a deal on the 88 pack.
Unfortunately I am now left with 80 packs as they only eat the jelly off them, all 4 of them leave the meat, so there's definitely something different about these ones.
