In the past this product has been great, but recently the boxes have been sub standard and I have had pouches that have clearly been collected from broken up boxes and some of the pouches are damaged and very smelly. They have had to be thrown away.

My cat loves Felix, she will still eat the smaller boxes from the local shop and when I get the massive 120 pack box from amazon. But this one she refused almost every single flavour. Chicken or Salmon are usually the favourites. So much went in the trash!! Awful!

My cats have always loved Felix, esoecially As Good As It Looks. BUT(!) will not touch the Chicken flavour now! Even our local stray wont eat it! Whats happenend??

my 10 cats have gone from loving this food to totally turning their noses up at it. I am throwing most of it away each day. I have also had 4 boxes now where some pouches (usually tuna or beef) have been attacked by some sort of beetles. The stench on opening the box was disgusting, and there were discarded pupae skins in the box - the whole box has had to be thrown away.

Have had this for quite a while now and last delivery most of my 11 cats refused point blank to have any of the flavours! Ended up giving it to the birds! Very disappointed. Will need to buy another brand unless it was just a bad batch. Looked ok to me but hey, Im not eating it!

My cats are not happy with the last large size box of Felix pouches. They have gone from good eaters to barely eating the food at all - had it been just one cat I would of thought she was being fussy. I bought a box from my local supermarket and they ate the lot!

I have just read a lot of the reviews and have the same problems with the Felix as good as it looks pouches but can't say it is only from zoo plus. I think the quality of the product has gone down hill. I have bought this for many years in fact my youngest cat won't eat anything else what I have to do is add tin tuna to the pouches because the smell is not very inviting.so glad I read the reviews as this has bothered ,me for some time and I am not alone

My cats will not eat Felix fish selection in jelly unless it is produced in the UK. Most of the boxes in major supermarkets are now produced in Poland and my two cats will not go near it. They back off as if it is poison. Getting desperate now to find UK boxes.

My cats love felix. It's really handy this app as I don't drive so it means no more carrying very heavy boxes of cat food. Love this app.

My ginger cat loves most flavours in jelly, but he won't eat the lamb, I have to give them away to other cat owners who's cats do like them. Strangely, I have just taken the remainder out of a box of 44 and found, but like Anne, there was one leaking and another one was blown. There was also an obnoxious smell but couldn't tell which one it was coming from. The smell was so bad, I'd to wrap them up and put them in the outside bin rather than the kitchen one. Coincidence? They were both Lamb!!

We buy our Felix from Tesco and our cat won't eat the pouches from the big multipack of 40 either , especially the chicken ones. She will eat pouches from the small boxes though. She's had Felix all her life but I only started buying the big packs this year.

On four separate occasions, these large boxes of Felix have arrived with some of the pouches leaking or blown. Only one had been damaged in transit, the others arrived in undamaged boxes. Zooplus have been wonderful & replaced my orders immediately but it is not their fault, the problem is obviously with Purina. For damaged pouches to be packaged & delivered to retailers, manufacture &/or quality control would seem to be suspect.

My kitties always eat every single bit of it, juicy and a lot more hard jelly like than other brands (which my 2 prefer). Have been using it for a few months switching between other brands for variety but they always prefer this and will continue to buy it.

Like other reviews, my cats have stopped eating this, for easily the last 2-3 months of orders. Massive wastage as throwing it out most of the time unfortunately.

I have just been passed this old cat. The old owner said he was 20 years old!!!! Anyway, l have never had a cat before so l checked to see what was available on line and decided the Zooplus website seemed to be the best, and so ordered 176 sachets of cat food!! I know l am made my wife goes barmy when l order so much, but hey ho, just keep fingers crossed the cat does not die before he eats it all. Mind you he is old and skinny but eats like a horse (Normally 3 to 4 pouches per day plus).

I have 3 cats, one of whom has a delicate stomach and can only eat this food, so it can get quite costly as prices in shops vary so much. Zooplus deliver the best priced felix as good as it looks to my door in a couple of days. Excellent service every time.

I agree I would like to see ocean feasts including in larger economy packs
