Change in composition???
It’s still gladly eaten for now, but somehow there’s more and more fat at the bottom. Other high-quality brands hardly have this at all.

Good food, but unfortunately it smells really bad.
High-quality food that my cats ate with moderate enthusiasm (Poultry Senior, Salmon & Chicken Senior, and Chicken & Tuna). However, I can no longer tolerate the stench of the food.

Has anything changed?
My tomcat always loved and devoured this food. Strangely, since the last order, that's no longer the case. He just sniffs it and turns away. I thought it was a phase, but it's been going on for quite a while now. However, he still absolutely loves the ragout.

Quality has unfortunately gotten worse.
My three cats unfortunately no longer eat it, as the quality has dropped significantly. When you open the tin, you find an unidentifiable mush that sadly doesn’t smell good anymore either. Such a shame, I used to love feeding them this food.

Nobody likes it...
...only one of the three eats a little of it when necessary, but it’s never completely finished (Salmon & Poultry).
I must also say that the smell of the food is really not very pleasant for my nose and is actually quite strong.
Unfortunately, won’t be ordering it again...

Vomiting with herring & prawns
After a long break from this variety (as our cat no longer wanted to eat it), we tested it again for two days and, lo and behold, she liked it again. Unfortunately, she threw up everything she had eaten. Therefore, we won’t be feeding her this variety anymore.

Nobody likes it.
Unfortunately, our three tomcats unanimously refuse to eat the food, even though I think it doesn’t smell bad. But the "cat" has made a different decision.

2 to 3 varieties are quite okay.
Pay a bit of attention to the composition. Unfortunately, I don’t want to try everything because of the ingredients. For example, I don’t understand what things like rice, potatoes, tomatoes or sea salt contribute to a cat’s diet in terms of health. Still, there are 2–3 varieties that, despite their small rice content, are quite okay and are happily eaten. Because of the rest of the range, unfortunately only 3 stars.

It's alright.
Very good composition, but unfortunately my tomcat doesn't like it.

Quality has significantly declined
We have always fed grain-free food, as it comes closest to the natural diet of cats. However, we have recently noticed that the quality has rapidly declined.
Initially, the food was a nice, rich brownish-red colour, firmly pressed, and had a pleasant smell.
More and more often, we then noticed that the meat became lighter, almost pinkish-white, and sometimes it didn’t smell of anything at all.
Some tins were extremely bloated, so much so that the liquid sprayed out under high pressure when opened. In some cans, up to a third of the contents were just liquid, and the meat had a very soggy, mushy consistency. Very disappointing when you think you’re buying high-quality food. This was completely unacceptable, and we contacted the manufacturer about it. They explained the composition and processing in detail and promised a replacement.
Unfortunately, we have an extremely picky cat who won’t eat dry food or any other brand or variety. Chicken and tuna from Catz are the only things she eats, which we find unfortunate, as we would have liked to switch after the poor quality. But due to the fairly decent customer service and because we have no alternative for the cat, we reluctantly ordered Catz food again. However, even with the last delivery, there was again the issue with the pressurised tins. Something seems to be going wrong in production or storage. Our assumption was confirmed without a doubt: our cats developed persistent diarrhoea.
Additionally, both of our cats suddenly refused to eat the food altogether. Several attempts failed, and they preferred not to eat at all, even our “eat-anything” cat.
This unfortunately confirms the decline in quality in recent times.
And lo and behold, even Mr Picky is now willing to try something else rather than starve or continue eating Catz. We have now switched to another manufacturer of grain-free food and are satisfied; the diarrhoea has already improved and will completely resolve in the next few days with consistency.
Unfortunately, we can no longer recommend this food.

Edit of my previous review
Initally I had some pouches of the chicken & tuna flavour, which had a chunky with gravy consistency that my fussy cat was eating Phappily. However, the next lot of pouches that I ordered had a different consistency, smaller chunks and no gravy. Just a tiny bit of jelly. Needless to say, the cat won't touch it anymore. Still giving 3 stars as it's a good quality food, however looses stars due to change of the formula.

Refused to eat the food
This food looks good and smells good too.
But when I put it in my cat Ginger's bowl, she came running, sniffed it briefly, and didn’t even try it. After leaving it out for a while in this heat, I had to throw it in the rubbish bin. Honestly, the money I spent on it feels like a waste.
