I have never liked the un-natural look of plastic perches. So having bought a nice large Hagen cage, I decided to replace the perches with some natural wood ones. They are easy to attach to the bars and give a more natural environment for my budgie to live in. I also think they are better for birds feet than plastic ones.

Great little natural perches. I have lots for my cockatiel and budgies, along with the bendy rope perches. The split at the end means my budgies can sit facing each other.

I was really impressed with these perches when they came and love that they were different sizes in dimension for my birds feet. Instant hit with both my budgies and canary i will definatly be getting a few more of these and taking out the rest of the plastic perches that originally came with their cage.

I am so happy with this perch, it's great and so cheap a real bargain. It is very easy to attach and looks so good in my budgie cage. Ideal for my little Alfie's feet!! Would highly recommend. Haven't actually ordered yet but just wanna say what fantastic value these are! My pet shop charges about £8 each for these, had to read it twice when I saw the price on here!

This was good for my degus for a while but they soon decided (as they always do) to gnaw away at the wood closest to the part that attaches it to the cage. Sort of like a man sawing off the branch that he's sitting on! They did like the wood and enjoyed gnawing it, so I had to tie it to the bars instead. As it's supposed to be for birds, it would be a great product when used for it's proper purpose, but some people do like to use stuff meant for birds for rodents and I thought I'd let them know what my pets did to it.

I got two of these for my parrots and they are great - good value too. I would recommend these and will buy them again in the future.

I have tried many many perches and also used our own apple trees for branches although they are great I find the Y-perch even better, in a way, as its so much easier to attach and doesn't fall off like the ones I make. Being natural and with various thickness its great for preventing foot cramps I even use them in the outside aviary and they last about 6 months before the elements get to them. Affordable too so replacing them isn't a problem. My tiels love them.

this perch is great, my cockatiels really like them, also they like to have a nibble now and then which is much safer with wood than horrible plastic!! great price too!!!

Ollie loves to chew this easy to fit and can put it where you like I have changed all his perches instead of having to fight with trying to place the ones you get with the cage

Excellent perch for any bird. Birds love to chew and wipe their beak on their perches. Because this is wood and not any sort of plastic, it is much more fitting - and less dangerous - for them to do this. My lovebirds love theirs. Be warned that if you're going to use yours for a chewy African Grey, you may have to replace them a lot. They sure get through them quick. Also, this is probably the best price I've seen for this sort of perch around.
