The ends do not attach to my cage properly and seem faulty

Parakeets liking to Chew everything but this product contains a thick metal wires which are very sharp and severely scared my parakeet for life

when i purchased this item a couple of weeks ago i thought it looked ok..so i put it in the cage within 10 mins of it being in there my parrot was bleeding and shouting ..i looked in disbelief as i saw my parrot with injuries..i looked and all metal wire was hanging out the rope it would not even push back in the rope it kept bouncing back out and that's what caused the injury ..i had to take my parrot to the vets ..luckily he was insured ...iv e mailed these so called animal lovers and nothing

While trying to fit it into our cage the glue on one end just let go so it's now useless.

This item came apart before even getting my rats, very disappointing. And not that great for a big charge as the longest is not that long.
