Product description

The fine natural clay clumping litter made from environmentally friendly mined bentonite contains no fragrances. The granules are extremely high yielding, absorbent and prevent unpleasant odours. Made in Germany.

Tigerino Nuggies Sensitive is an unscented, fine and quickly clumping natural clay cat litter. Tigerino Nuggies consists of environmentally friendly mined bentonite and reliably prevents unpleasant odours. The fast, small clump formation keeps the rest of the litter dry and results in an extremely high yield. Extra low dust and fragrance free for sensitive cats.

The natural clay for Tigerino Nuggies comes from controlled open pit mines in Germany. During mining, geologists monitor the pits to ensure a natural balance is maintained. After mining, all areas are recultivated so that viable biotopes and mixed forests can develop.

All advantages of Tigerino Nuggies Sensitive at a glance:
  • Extra fine natural clay granules with an extremely high yield
  • High absorbency: immediate clumping
  • Fragrance free and low dust - for sensitive cats
  • Lasting odour control: reliably prevents unpleasant odours
  • Made in Germany from environmentally friendly, controlled open pit mining
  • Our most popular cat litter brand

Not as good as tigerino canada
Doesn't mask smells and the solids break up when trying to scoop them out. Not so good for multi cat households. Lots of mess and tracking

I (and my kittens) prefer this litter
I like this cat litter as it is so fine for my 2 kittens and they prefer it. Like other comments it doesn't always stay in a clump when removing it (hence the drop of 1 star) but I have got 2 scoops - a wide one for the clumps and a finer one to use like a sieve for the bits that break off. They also tend not to track this halfway through the house. We are happy with this cat litter

Nowhere near as good as Tigerino Canada - try Amazon own instead
I tried this because Tigerino Canada was unavailable. It is dire - the pee clumps don't stay together when scooping (the only plus point is that less of the cat litter sticks to the poo). Awful stuff and a huge disappointment. I won't buy any more. I looked further afield and am experimenting with Amazon own bentonite clumping itter - which seems to work just like the Tigerino Canada. One downside is that Amazon don't seem to have an unscented version (and the scent is very persistent!)

fair
I had to use this as a substitute for Tigerino Canada Original. It works very similar but the wait time in scooping out is a lot longer, even ten minutes after the cat has used it to is still too soft to remove without breakage. I hope the other type comes back in stock. The plus side to this product is the bag is easier to carry an manoeuvre even though its a heavier weight it felt lighter due to handleability

Very disappointing compared with Canada variety
Tigerino Canada wasn't available so I tried Nuggies instead. Very disappointed - the clumping is abysmal - or rather it clumps OK, but it requires a really delicate touch to find and lift the clumps out of the box with the scoop without them disintegrating if you shake them even just a little to empty the rest of the scoop of loose particles. I won't buy this again unless I can't find Tigerino Canada anywhere (including not on Zooplus).

Worst Tigerino litter I ever tried
Clumps well but breaks apart in many small pieces when cleaning the litter box. On top of this it's very dusty and leaves a thin layer of dust on every surface in the room where litterbox stands. Very dissatisfied with this litter.

Could be much better
Been using Tigerino for years, tried these bags (less plastic, etc) however, it's very dusty. You can see the dust plumes every time you scoop. Not great for those of us who suffer from asthma (human and cats included). I've gone through 8 bags, so trued incase it was just a bad batch, but sadly don't think it is. Also, for some reason some clumps break up while you remove them, almost like its failed at clumping correctly. Not great considering it's mea t to be a clumping litter.

Great product
This is the best litter I have tried for my cat and I've ow been using it for over a year. It covers up the odour of the poop and leaves no smell at all. Clumps well over the waste. Highly recommend.

Worst cat litter ever....
Do not buy this product unless you want the added expense of throwing away your litter tray and scoop. It does NOT clump into a ball but creates a large clay cow pat that adheres to the litter tray like glue. Extremely difficult to remove from both scoop and litter tray. Did not want to wash these items as was worried it would block the sink.... Complete waste of money

Incredible
This has to best litter I have ever tried. I have been searching long and hard for a good litter that clumps and is easy to clean. If you haven’t tried this litter give it a go, but go for the unscented version. I found that the scented one gives off an odd smell.

Doesnt clump enough
Is more like wet sand - back to the Canada one if in stock as so much better and clumps completely.

Not as good as the original
Unfortunately I bought four bags of this variant due to it being on sale. It just isn’t as good as the original Tigerino. Doesn’t clump as well and odours are stronger. Cats are fine with it, so I’ll finish up but won’t buy again.

Good Value Litter
I used to use Biokat’s Diamond Care range and tried their white litter as well as it was less dusty than the diamond care one which caused my cat to sneeze everytime he got into the box. This one is a level 3 (out of 5) on the dust scale, but clumps WAY better than the Biokat white litter. clumps rarely break off and when they do, are easily scooped out. If i’m diligent with cleaning out the litter twice a day, barely any scent to it. Tracking is also not too bad with this one.

Too heavy a bag
Litter is fine but the bag is heavier than the usual one and is too heavy for me to carry like the other one is

Clumps crumble
The texture of the litter is good, fine particles, and my cats liked it. However, I found it didn't clump strongly enough and crumbled when trying to remove and when the cats went in the tray. It just made it harder to clean and left little lumps in the litter. Have gone back to the Tigerino Canada litter which clumps much better (worth the extra expense).

Brilliant Stuff!
One 14l bag lasts 3 months+ for my 1 white cat. I use baking soda sprinkled on when strong smell of amonia (mostly happens when damp weather) which helps extend the life. I clear it out every other day on average. The cat LOVES this best as she is a very fussy clean white princess. I prefer unscented, as this is best for my allergies.
